Cleaning up after the hurricane they did a wonderful job. On a weekly basis they are consistent and always do a great job.

This company is a joke. They damaged my car windshield and then got the nerve to tell me fix my own vehicle.This company needs to be shut down!

Brightview services my neighborhood in St cloud and they cut corners by overusing grass killer. Expect strips of dead grass all year long and don't expect them to replace mulch that the spew around with their lawnmowers. They also won t keep sprinklers working so bye bye grass during the summer. It will all die. Look them up on the BBB. They have a D. I don't know why any hoa would do business with them but leland does for some odd reason.

The staff who carry out the work do not do it with professionalism, every week they cut the grass they damage everything that is there, lights, decorations, cars and finally a new carpet that I had in my garage washed, they ran a machine over it and no one has been held responsible for that

Red truck with BrightView Landscape on the side, Cut me off without using his blinker. Then switching lanes multiple times without using his blinker. DANGEROUS. I hope their work is better than their driving.

Hire this company if you would like a 17-year old to stand 5 feet from your bedroom window revving a weedwhacker for 25 minutes at 7am.

He won’t even cut anything, just make a bunch of noise.

Solid wake up call.

Under no circumstance should you contract with Brightview. Killed the grass, cut through screened lanais all over our neighborhood, They mowed over ornamental grasses and after being yelled at for it, did it again the next week. No edging is completed. They can't trim hedges or trees properly. Blow the grass clippings on to the front porches. I can honestly say I have NEVER seen an more incompetent group of people. The crew manager has no landscape experience, the account manager wouldn't know how to properly edge or mow or trim if she saw it. And there is ZERO resolution - they just keep destroying things week after week. They show up on random days. Cut through everything from downspouts and irrigation to flower beds, screens, stucco buildings and more. An absolutely worthless group. RUN in the other direction.

They only focus on doing a job as fast as possible sacrificing quality. They scalped my yard and continued to mow over my freshly laid seeded lawn

This is honestly one the worst lawn company I have ever seen. My townhome community uses them (Parkside North & South in Venetian Bay-New Smyrna Beach). They drive way too fast on the lawnmowers, they do not pay attention, they miss long stretches of grass (all the time), they make a huge muddy mess and they will drive over your plants! They do not pay attention! Today, they ran over two of my beautiful lantana’s. I spend a lot of time, energy, and money to make my yard look beautiful, and now my yard will not look the same for a long time while these two plants recover. You can see what they are supposed to look like in the photo below because the third plant next to them they didn’t hit as much as they did the others. Why is it so hard to go around them and come back with a weed-eater, if needed, for detailing? No one in my neighborhood likes this company. Save yourself the headache and money and never use them!
