our HOA has used this fine company for about 10 years and they continue to take care of all our needs and are responsive to calls for services or repairs....they have the best (and newest) equipment of any landscaper I have seen and can handle any and all types of properties and jobs that you may have....I cannot recommend them any higher that super, super, super.....& efficient.....Mike Berger, BVE HOA

These guys are absolutely the worse lawn service i have ever had. They are hired by my HOA never cut the grass until its knee high in back. When they do cut they destroy property.

This company has worked on my neighborhood for 3 years already and we have no complaints about them. Very professional and good work.

I just planted some plants a few days ago in Bella Toscana and surprisingly the people working for blade runner decided to trim those plants, although, the plants look quite small and freshly planted. SMH.

However, I placed a work order to have a tree on my property trimmed , no one has come to take care of it.

If I could give a 0 I would. Horrible communication. Then when they actually say they are gonna fix what they messed up... They DON'T and make up excuses. Burned our grass several times, they also do a horrible job weed eating and edging. Worst company.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!! They signed a contract with the HOA OFFICE AND DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP TO DO THE WORK! AFTER WE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO SEE WHEN THEY WOULD SHOW UP .. THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T WANT THE CONTRACT ANYMORE. WHAT TYPE OF
"PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS" DOES THAT? Horrible!

Driver just almost ran us off the road this morning. Had been watching him approaching from behind, we were on maitland blvd merging onto 17/92, signs for 1/4 mile stating left lane ends, he was in the right lane with us, traffic always get congested there and slows. The left lane was ending in 50 feet and he swerved out to pass us, and cut in front of our 4 door sedan, which had myself, girlfriend and our 4 year old. We had to slam on breaks, swerve and almost hit the side of the ramp. Then he honks at us and yells. Really? I will be calling the cops.

Blade Runners is the lawn maintenance service hired by my HOA in The Villas of Waterford Lakes. The people who work for Blade Runners must have a daily competition of how much personal property they can damage or destroy and not be blamed. I am disgusted at how much disreguard they have for the home owners property. We notified the manager of the damage one of the lawn mowers did to the spoiler on our car, and the manager said "if that had been our lawn mower's fault, there would have been more damage!" and just chuckled and walked away without further acknowledgement. I am already preparing a letter to the HOA president to strenuously request they change services!

Last Monday, I questioned the lawn service (Blade Runners) when will they ever start picking up the dead leaves; instead of blowing the dead leaves in the yards. I was told that they do not rake up the dead leaves, they blow the leaves under the shrubs. LOL. I then stated, "Are the dead leaves supposed to disappear magically? I was then told that I would have to contact Mark. Is that not a part of the lawn service? Unbelievable.

One of my neighbors raked the dead leaves from their yard. The leaves were left in a pile with the intent that the lawn service would remove them. Guess what? The pile of dead leaves is still there? The person did their job by raking up the dead leaves; you would think the less they could do is picked the leaves up. Oh, I forgot the riding lawnmower, and the blower can't do that. Therefore the most natural thing for them to do is leave the dead leaves there. Being that several things are left on the grounds for months, although they come every Monday.

I too took it upon myself to do their job and rake the dead leaves from my yard. You have thought that I had raked would think acres with all the leaves that I piled on the sidewalk. It's going to be interesting to see if Blade Runners employees pick up the leaves or blow them on the other side of the sidewalk under the shrubs. I know they will not go back into my yard, because I will be watching tomorrow.

The two pictures of the items on the ground have been there for over months. You will think that they will pick them up one day. They ride the lawnmower around it. LOL.

I understand now, why this company has a 1.5-star rating on Yelp and a low review on Google.

They obviously don’t understand traffic laws, then want to yell and curse at me after they cut me off with my newborn in car. I would not recommend them. If this is the type of people they have representing their company, they obviously don’t value or take pride in the communities they are working in.

They are hired by our HOA and let me tell you. Horrible. They have completely broken all of our Christmas lights 2 years in a row. I have tried to contact the office because that's what there employees tell me to do and not one time do they answer the phone. How do you run a business like this ? The guys don't have any manners or respect for personal property I had Christmas joy sings up and they cut right through them and left it on the bush so I wouldn't see it. HORRIBLE DONT HIRE.

These guys do the grass every week religiously at my HOA complex. Professional, friendly, real personable too, I wish I had a before and after picture to show off but it always looks perfect around our houses because of these guys! Would 10/10 recommend!

Horrible !! Im posting on my husbands page my review but horrible horrible he worked there three weeks on the third week he expected his check they said he needed a w4 form they are supposed to do that the first day when they hired him hes working around ex convicts! And they take pictures of your id no copy no a picture on the owners phone so unprofessional !!!! And last but not least they sent every one home every day this week due to they did not have another contract ready this company will burn to the ground very soon! Its a horrible company so damn unprofessional

I like the courtesy that I received from this one particular young man named"Jeremy." He was very helpful and polite. His knowledge on trees and lawn Care was amazing. I was surprised that he wasn't a crew leader. He should be. People like him is why I use Blade Runners. Ask for Jeremy, you'll get exelent service.

Blade Runners went above and beyond to help me with my landscaping. The owners were understanding and helpful while assisting me with my landscaping needs! The workers were professional and delivered quality work! Overall I am very pleased with this company and look forward to our future business with them!

Speaking as a local general contractor this is by far the best most professional landscaping company I have EVER dealt with in 20 years. The reviews I have witnessed on here are absolutely ridiculous and extremely Obvious to me a jealous competitor having people put bad reviews on here or just one of those customers that no one on earth could ever please! Hands-down you ask The owner Travis to do something you can take it to the bank not only will it be done but handled immediately. Juan and all of the rest of the guys I have had encounters with seem to take pride in everything they do and are very respectful and hard-working. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. I absolutely assure you you will not regret it!

I have been with Blade Runners for about a year now and they have consistently done a great job. I got their information from a business partner who also said that he has always been pleased with their service. That is why I used their service originally and they haven't disappointed so far.

Full Boar replaced the sod in my back yard and added a tree and various plants to our landscape during the summer of 2025. The result was amazing! We will be inviting them back for additional work this summer.
