The mowers mowed way too It's fast and they always miss things like trimming my hedges. Weed eating weeds. Also they broke one of my garden hoses. And they put a big hole on my screen with a wheat eater. Also if there's something in the yard they just run over it keep going.

I want to take the time out and say this company is outstanding And goes above and beyond what is asked of them to satisfy the customer they are a great lawn service and im glad i have them taking care of my property great job guys!!! Thanks

Got some guardiangot some guardian come out they do a really good job they're efficient they don't litter they don't smoke and they don't care what property they do whether it's commercial residential or industrial they do a really really fine job

This company charges over price and doing very poor service. No bush trimming and weed control. They charge you up front but beware you will be disappointed.

Here's one awesome experience (and there are more):. About 8 months ago I had a problem with a Sago Palm that I thought needed to be corrected right away ... But at the same time I thought that I wasn't going to get Guardian to come back until the following week.

So while I was on the phone with Joe Pool trying to explain the problem to him it seemed that he wasn't clearly listening to me ... That perhaps he was stalling so that I would need to call back after the weekend. Obviously I was getting hot under the collar just trying to explain the problem to him.

And then, after I stopped ranting, Joe Pool calmly said to me "is this what you mean?"

I looked out the window and there he was in my back yard fixing the problem. While I was ranting away he had driven here and went into my back yard with clippers and trimmer and got the job done !!!

The reason that I though he wasn't listening turns out to be because he was driving to my "rescue" and then he was clipping and trimming with both hands and holding the phone on his shoulder !!!

He brought me immediate satisfaction ... And I felt sooo embarrassed with all that unnecessary ranting.

Joe Pool cares and he sure knows his PR keeping customers happy (even old grumpy customers like me).

Guardian recently merged with my previous lawncare company, and at first I wasn't happy to learn of the change. However, so far, I am very pleased with their performance. Thorough and professional.
