Constraction reviews in Oviedo, Florida

Aulin Homes has been very communicative with us during the buying process and our transition into our new home. I highly recommend working with this group for your future home!

Let me just say that Aulin Homes is a Great Company to do work with. Everyone is such a pleasure to speak with and very knowledgeable and professional. Monica is on top of things in the office and communicates very well, and kuddos to everyone else in the office or in the field (Lindsey, John & Danny).

Aulin Homes makes beautiful homes with sensible design. They produce quality produces and helpful service and assistance after purchase. I have enjoyed my experience with them so far!

Aulin Homes did an outstanding job in delivering our home which is one of the homes figured on their website. They were differently the "right decision" we made in building this home. Their dedication, professionalism and commitment did not go unnoticed throughout the process. Danny Bourque, the owner, demonstrated that "His word was his bond". The team he has assembled especially the supervisor assigned to us, Steve, went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. This included services rendered after we moved in with items on the punch list or warranty work that needed to completed. Bottomline for us, "They delivered and met our expectations!! I would highly recommend Aulin Homes for building your new home!!

We were looking for homes in Altamonte and came across Aulin Homes who was building new homes in the exact area we wanted to be in. Although, they were building spec homes, we were able to purchase at slab stage and Aulin basically custom built the home for us.
We've been in our new home almost a year now and are completely satisfied with everything about it!!
We've basically had no issues and the quality and design are perfect for us!!
Everyone working for Aulin has been professional, timely and courteous!
Thank you!

Aulin Homes built our absolute dream home in Oviedo, Fl over the summer and we couldn’t be happier with the end result! The whole team was phenomenal to work with. From day one, we met in their conference room to go over our blueprints and they were extremely organized and professional in getting us a bid to build very quickly. I was very impressed with the integrity they showed every step of the way, from working towards having a fair contract, to taking ownership of the whole build timeline, which by the way shocked us with how quickly it went up! It makes us really proud to have had neighbors and strangers drive by and comment on how beautiful our home turned out! I really appreciated John and Danny’s willingness to always be available for me any time I needed to ask a question or work through a change. It actually felt like a true partnership and I really appreciated that after speaking with many other GC’s previously. Even after moving in, they have remained available and prompt in addressing any questions or minor warranty issues I’ve had. Overall, I feel like the wait to build on our land was worthwhile, just to steer me into finding Aulin Homes, because I honestly could not have imagined trying to build a home without such a knowledgeable and organized team like theirs. Highly recommend reaching out to their team for any custom construction. Thank you everyone!

Aulin Homes hands down!! Definitely not your cookie cutter typical home builder. So much attention to detail in and out and the contemporary timeless designs all well put together makes my new Farmhouse not only have the feel of a Farmhouse but the big and tall modern design. Are you kidding me: 8 ft Entrance door, 8 ft patio sliding door, tray ceilings, tall windows, fans in every room, barn style doors, 5 inch baseboard, contemporary cabinets with a nice size island.
My house is only 1550 sq ft but Aulin Homes make 1550sq ft look way more than 1550. Solid home brick and stucco all around no cheap materials at all here. LG appliances, beautiful tiles and even the bathrooms have classic features like shower tiles to the ceiling with black shower heads and faucets. I can go on but you have to see it for yourself because my words nor pictures from Zillow do justice.

I own Local Palms electrical contracting, and working with Wilson and Company has been amazing from start to finish of every job. We have done with them. They are a great example for thoroughness and professionalism. We enjoy every job We are a part of with them.

Very nice to work with and extremely helpful!

Great experience. Quality cabinets, and very friendly.

Took forever to build cabinets that were ordered well in advance, owner acted like a douche when I would inquire about how much longer , installation was shotty and cabinet doors are crooked. I could have gotten a better quality product from Big Lots

Cabinet Shade Tree removed my old granite and backsplash, installed new quartzite, and replaced the backsplash with new tile. They were professional, conscientious, prompt, pleasant, and did a beautiful job. I am very happy with them.

Great Job from Design to Build out. Complete on time.
Thanks for all the Great advice.

Blake and his staff were very helpful during our bathroom remodel. We had an unexpected plumbing leak that called for a full bathroom remodel. The whole team was very helpful in terms of design and creating a timeline for completion. Everything was done timely with great communication - once one contractor stopped another one started. Blake would check on the progress constantly. We always felt like a priority. We will always use them for any renovation need.

You couldn’t ask for a better contractor. We now have 2 beautiful bathrooms. Everything was so organized, very fast and exactly what we wanted!

Warren in the tool rental was very helpful and kind today. I had had a hard day and he went out of his way to help me find a solution for the job I was working on.

Great staff

Great people installing a new shed for a 10 by 14 metal shed

Very busy today they should have more help but everybody is getting supplies for the pending hurricane😁

I had a great experience with J&A Duct Cleaning Of FL when I scheduled a complete air duct inspection for my home in Florida. The technician, Marcus, checked each vent carefully and showed me the dust buildup inside the ductwork. He then performed a professional air duct cleaning that removed a large amount of debris and allergens. The airflow in the house improved almost immediately after the service was completed. He also explained how regular air duct maintenance helps keep indoor air quality healthy. The entire job was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. I was very impressed with the professionalism and results. During the inspection, he also noticed some moisture spots near the vents and recommended mold removal services. Their mold remediation treatment removed the contamination and improved the air quality even more.

Jefferson did an excellent job of cleaning our air ducts. They responded quickly and got us an appointment sooner than originally scheduled which was fantastic. I will be using J&A Pest Control Services & Dryer Vent Cleaning And Chimney Inspection Of FL for my elderly parents house too!
