Chris was AMAZING. Had two different issues he came out and fixed an outlet that was caused us a problem and then on a different trip fixed a major problem with the main breaker.
If you need something done, call him. Great guy, professional, personal, and did a great job.

I called this Company last Thursday they said they would have someone out between 3:30 - 7 and offered me a membership deal where I pay 149 a year and they come out for free to evaluate an issue or repair and get 10% off on all repairs and materials. Nobody every showed up nor was I called, so I called back Friday morning the man I spoke to seemed very upset nobody reached out to me and sent my information up to management which he said was being reviewed while I was on the phone with him and I should be contacted shortly to rectify this issue. Again no call was every received I am still here on Monday morning with no communication from this company except the receipt for the $149 payment I made to them for their membership thing. I called again this morning to ask about how to get my money back for the membership and they told me to call the 1-800 number on the contract. I was super excited when I heard about this membership and the fact that it covers any and all house repairs or services I needed since I just bought this house and want/need to do a lot of work to it to get it where I want and need it to be however with no response and no communication I was sadly disappointed and will have to find individual contractors for all the work I need done.

We were having issues with power to our dryer. Jake was able to identity the problem and take care of it in a short period of time. He was professional, courteous and I would highly recommend Union Electric Company if you have any electrical issues.

Called yesterday around 8 am to have a electrician to come out to do repairs. Paid them $250. Was informed that they would be here between 11 and 2. 2 o'clock got here and know one showed up. Called and was informed that they would be here around 4. Still know one showed up. Call this morning and was informed that no one was going to show up today. They asked me to reschedule for tomorrow. I said no and asked for a refund. Was informed that it would take 5 to 7 days for a refund. I said to the young lady on the phone that your company took the money out immediately and I needed my refund immediately and then she hung up on me. II WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

One of their electricians, Casey Maxwell was driving one of their service vans leaving backyard, burger, and almost T-bones in the side of my vehicle. The direction that I was traveling in did not have a stop sign but he did. I hope he pays more attention to his electrical work then he does his driving.

I’ve called this company multiple times for repairs needed at home and they have always found a way to squeeze me into schedule last minute. The are prompt and fairly priced. I would only use this company for any electrical needs. Always a good experience with them!

Placed a call on a Friday to make an appointment for tech to come see if my panel needs replacing. Was told my call would be given to "operations." No call back until Monday, after I had already lined up another company for the visit, due to no call back from Smithson. Guy that called me on Monday said "AIGHT" and hung up on me when I said I already made an appointment with someone else. Feel like I dodged a bullet here.

This was a terrific experience. The salesman was very helpful, and we got everything accomplished through email. He answered every question and had suggestions as we decided what needed to be done. During the days of the various work, the two-man team did a wonderful job. They were professional, thorough, polite, and answered any and all questions I had. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Smithson Electric to others. We are very happy with the work that was done.

Technician was nice and fixed the issue but we’d never use this company again for a few reasons. Tech was here for exactly 33 minutes. Company tried to bill for 1.5 hours. They adjusted the invoice reluctantly but gave the vibe that they don’t believe me (I have footage on my Ring camera). They also won’t let you pay day of service. In the year 2023, who wants to wait weeks for a bill in the mail. Waste of time/materials for the company to bill people by mail. They also don’t accept American Express. Company needs to evolve.

This team is excellent! It’s clear they know their craft and give great service. I had a small job I needed done this week and if they can fit me in between other work, please let me know. They did that. You’all put on a clinic for customer service every time. Thank you.
