We have had 2 Merry Maids this winter. The first one (Marissa)was here for 5 hours and brought our place up to snuff. She then came 4 other times over the winter. Last week Kendall came because Marissa was away. She also did a first class job. Although a tad expensive, they both made the winter pass without stress. We will do the same next year.

Always on time and super sweet to dogs. Very thorough and has no problem cleaning around me. When I’m in the room she naturally wipes down every surface so I know it’s a habit in every room

DOS 07/26/24, OVIEDO. Kind of long but i am VERY frustrated that i got charged $565 when i had a personal budget of $350 for a house cleaning. MerryMaids ended up charging me $565 for a house cleaning with a $50 credit after my complaint.
This is an amount that I can not afford at the moment.
I needed a move out clean and I looked around several cleaning service companies and MerryMaids was the most expensive of all of them. Majority of the quotes I received were in $325-$400 range. I found a cleaning service company to do my entire home for $300 on Saturday. MerryMaids ended up calling me Friday morning to offer their services which i declined because i had a company for $300, then they told me they can match that price for 4 hours of cleaning and they could clean that day. At the end of this cleaning I got charge for 3hrs and 45 mins worth of cleaning x2 for each person that came to clean which I overlooked they charge per person. additionally when they told me they needed more time, which ended up being close to 2 hrs, they did not advice me it was going to be another almost $300. For context, my house was completely emptied and by no means in horrible condition. I have videos to prove the condition of my home. When i initially called them they had a house cleaning standard package of $335 and a detailed package at $481 which was over my budget but if I knew i was going to end up paying close to $600 of course i would have selected $481 price which they said doesn’t cover cabinets and appliances which i then would not have accepted their service because the cost was too high for me. the overall house cleaning was acceptable, I still needed to re-do the kitchen floors but in my opinion not a $600 cleaning, which again does hurt my pockets at this moment because it was almost double what my budget was. not a happy customer which i did voice to them and got a $50 credit only.

Cassandra and Ali (could be wrong about her name), did a great job. But the 2 of them only cleaned for 1 hour. That adds up to $200.00 for 1 hour of cleaning. I'm thinking my bill ought to be renegotiated. Let me know. Bob".

Cassie and her Team clean with attention to detail and she knows just the Product I prefer on the floors. The staircases are cleaned with care, as are all of the floors (even the corners) 😊 We are very happy, thank you!

Wonderful experience with Merry Maids of Oviedo cleaning my home. I wanted a good deep clean before the holidays and man did I get that from Lissete. I have not used a cleaning service in many years and was a little shocked at the quote, but after seeing the results I am totally convinced that it was worth the money. When they tell you from top to bottom cleaning, they mean exactly that. I will definitely continue to use Merry Maids of Oviedo in the future.

We hired Merry Maids to do a move out cleaning on our 1200sq ft townhouse. The ladies who worked on our house were quick, efficient, and did excellent work at a reasonable cost. They did, in a few hours, what would have taken me days to do, and I'm very happy with the service we received!

Overall excellent team! Been with them for over a year now. Alyaha has been the primary person cleaning my house for quite some time and ever since have only great things to say! Thanks Merry Maids ☺️

Merry maids does a good job. Mostly complete what they agreed upon. Always on time and have never dealt with canceled appts.
