First off. I’d like to thank my cousin (Alia) for referring me to Kerri and Eddie at ABC Heating and Air. It was a pleasure doing business. My installers (Alex and Bruce) were very professional and knowledgeable. They did an exceptional job and I want to give them great thanks. I highly recommend ABC to anyone else I know that needs a new system and/or service. Eddie, and Kerri’s crew were excellent to work with. I’d like to thank Justin as well. Professional service. Justin the technician came out next day. Such a nice guy! He also came with shoes overs, which is a must in our house. Assessed the situation thoroughly. He was honest and knowledgeable about the situation. Laid out all options. Fixed everything on the spot and in a timely matter.Fair pricing and would definitely recommend to others.

First, I would like to commend ABC Air for scheduling the service call on the same day I called. We were very pleased that Mark was able to come earlier than expected. Mark did an excellent job of analyzing the problem and making all the adjustments to the air conditioner that needed to be made and he spent time making sure that everything was working well before he left. We have had Mark at our home for service previously on the other unit, and are very happy to have Mark come to the house and work on our air conditioners. He’s very courteous and very thorough, and we appreciate his work and all of the work from ABC Air and Heat.

My husband and I were very pleased with Dagan Effer #129. He answered all our questions and concerns. He offered different options and gave us choices. He took his time inspecting the existing unit and explained in depth the condition of unit. Helped us decipher options for new unit so we can make practical choices that fits our needs and to reduce cost. Impressed with speed on providing quote followed with scheduling install. Very pleasant experience with Dagan. Alex and Jose, installers, were professionals. Felt very confident and comfortable with their expertise and skills. Alex and Jose went above their labor scope to assure a professional installation. Excellent experience with both installers.

ABC gave us an estimate and completed the work a few days later. It took 2 days from 9 am to 5 pm to install new air ducts in the attic and a new 4 ton air conditioner. Just the air conditioner would have been 1 day. We also had new blown in insulation added on the next work day, which took about 3 hours. All the work was done correctly and on time. We chose them after getting a lower cost estimate than another company.

After 7 quotes to get an Daikin DH7VS installed, I went ABC Air Conditioner and Heating Specialist as they had the best quote and honest sales rep. During the install the workers worked diligently to ensure all of my requests are met. After the install the service department check-in with me to ensure the A/C is operating properly. Even though it was more of a product issue they help addressed my concern as best they could and work with me to ensure everything is good to go. My overall experience with them has been excellent and I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to get a highly efficient Daikin system at a great price.

I have been using ABC for a few years for service as needed and when our AC broke down over I was able to quickly get a few comprehensive and competitive quotes from Eddie over a holiday weekend. They were able to send a crew for the new install soon after and I was very pleased with Alex’s crew. They were all very polite and informative throughout the install process and in my opinion went above and beyond to make a clean install. I definitely plan on continuing to using them for service and preventive maintenance.

Complete new installation sales. Mr Johnson was personable, professional, and polite. Mr. Johnson offered to be on site during the installation if necessary. He answered all the questions I could think of at that time and provided a satisfactory explanation of the process. In my opinion, of the three different companies I spoke with, he was the most informative and the most knowledgeable.

Alex and his team are superb! I’ve never have met a group so efficient that worked so close together as a team. Polite , patient and took time to explain or answer my questions. They did a great job installing my A/C and heater units and Alex, Bruce, Jerry and Terry cared about protecting floors and keeping everything protected from damage, dust and cleaned as best as possible before they left the house.

I highly recommend ABC Air Conditioning to anyone. It’s a fair and reasonable company that takes pride in their workmanship and their workers are experienced and knowledgeable of their job!!!!👍👍

Aaron with ABC air conditioning came today as we were having a humidity issue upstairs. He was awesome! He did not disappoint, and he did everything that he was supposed to do. He is amazing and he knows exactly what he is doing. With our humidity issue he gave us a couple options of what we can do. He wasn't there just to do things to collect money he really cares for the customer and what they need. Well done Aaron! Thanks again!! 🤩

I have a ten year old system that was top of the line when it was installed. A few weeks ago it just stopped working. I called the company that sold and installed the unit and they came out and told me that it would be at least $4,000 to repair it, but that might not even fix it. They identified the problem and offered to have a salesperson come out to sell me a brand new system. I wasn't convinced by the technician's diagnosis so I looked for a company that seemed reputable for a second opinion. I called a few companies but the representative I spoke with from ABC seemed confident that they could have someone come out that knew how to help. The next day, Tommy from ABC came out and you could tell that Tommy was knowledgeable and ready to track down the issue. After spending a significant amount of time eliminating possible causes, he identified the communication board in the outside unit as the culprit. This was surprising because the original company that I called had a completely different diagnosis. The board was replaced the next day and the system was working again, but had another issue that Tommy was able to diagnose quickly. I was able to find the replacement parts on my own and Tommy came back out and installed them. My system is now back in working order and it really comes down to the fact that Tommy was unwilling to give up on us. It wasn't a system that his company installed or had ever done service on and he could have easily said you need a new system, but he is a truly skilled technician. Tommy saved us THOUSANDS of dollars and did it with a smile on his face. I will no longer be doing business with the company that installed the unit. I'm calling ABC from now on.

ABC installed a new HVAC system for me. While the initial installation needed some adjustments, I made one call and they immediately came back out and corrected everything. The system now looks and runs BEAUTIFULLY. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to stand behind their work. I would confidently recommend ABC.

We had NO heat this morning. I called ABC air and heat and within an hour a service tech named Tommy was at my door. Tommy couldn’t have been more knowledgeable.. more personable.. and more informative as he assessed the problem and shared what needed to be done. Within an hour the new blower was installed and heat returned to our home. I highly recommend this company for its fast and very efficient service they provide. Thank you again Tommy and the entire ABC air and heat team for a job well done.

After getting a few quotes and meeting with local companies I decided on ABC, after mounting issues with our aging system they came and provided options based on my budget and cooling needs.
