Had routine service done to my A/C unit. Scheduling was smooth and availability was plentiful. The technician thoroughly answered every question that I had related to my unit. He arrived at a timely manner and was transparent of everything that he did and observed. Would recommend and will continue to go with Lukas moving forward!

They are the best company in the area, while they may not be the cheapest, I know that I will get the best quality work and an honest evaluation of my system. Jake is my hero! We had an issue with our air conditioning. We called Jake after hours tonight - on a Saturday - and he stopped on his way home to fix it. He is so responsive and professional. We had working ac in no time. Jake is the best with customer service. We are so grateful for Jake at Lukas! I highly recommend them for air conditioning.

We have used Lukas several times over the last 20 years. They kept our 1992 unit going until there were no more replacement parts, and then we had them install a new system. I definitely recommend them. They do great work, are very professional, and quick to return calls and emails.

We have relied on Lukas for AC service for decades. Always fair and reliable. During this most recent service call, Sandy and Max were great! Sandy explained everything patiently and well, and advised on work that may be needed in the foreseeable future, without pressuring us to have it done now. He advised us to call Lukas back to check our AC next year, and we will!

Our A/C unit was on the fritz due to a faulty blower motor and I wish I had called this contractor first. A different company that looked at the unit a day prior told me that the replacement motor would need to be pre-ordered, that it would likely take weeks to ship in, and that the installation would cost over $2100. Lukas AC inspected the unit, replaced the part, and got everything back up and running the same day for a far lower and more reasonable price.

We can't be more happy with their service. The crew is very professional and customer satisfactory-oriented. We recently replaced our air conditioner with Lukas. It wasn't a straight-forward installation due to my storage design. They took their time patiently to get the installation done, and they made the new installation much more maintenance-friendly. We later asked Lucas to install a UV light for another air conditioner in my house. During the post-work testing, they found a malfunctioning part and replaced it for free! Lucas will be my service provider going forward for sure.

I received quotes from several companies and Lukas Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (Lukas) offered the best price for the system I was interested. The quotes offered by other companies were several thousand dollars above the price Lukas quoted. I hired Lukas, and a team of their highly skilled technicians completed the job within hours, which included re-piping, installation of highly efficient 5-ton condenser, air handler and digital thermostat. After the installation, the team made sure all of their work areas were cleaned. Lukas periodically comes to check and maintain the system, and I must say, I am extremely satisfied and impressed with their level of service. In my experience, I have found Lukas to be the most reliable, professional and reasonable air conditioning company.

This was the third time I have given Lukas Air my business in last 6 years. They have always been courteous and extremely professional. This time I had hired them to install next thermostats in the house. Max not only finished the work in no time, he went above and beyond and helped me in fixing some of the vents around the house. He was personable all the while he was there.

Our handler had a bit of an electrical fire. We called 3 different companies to get quotes on a new handler & AC system. Jeff at Lukas was THE ONLY ONE who took the time to take the panel off the handler to see what happened. He walked us through everything, what happened as well as what they would replace & how it would benefit us. Jeff gave quoted us on 3 different units, at different price points, we didn't feel pressure to go with one unit or the other. We decided to go with Lukas because their pricing was competitive, and they really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They arrived as scheduled & took care of everything in a day. Once everything was hooked up & running (tested heat & a/c), they walked us through the outside unit, the handler & the breaker box if anything comes up in the future. I rent a home and know about Lukas AC because my landlady had prior good experience with the company and recommended them to me should I need any AC work done. Since I have lived in this home, I have had to call them a few times to come out to do maintenance on the unit that I believe is par-for-the-course for having an AC unit in our warm state. Each time, the experience has been great! Scheduling and communication are easy and efficiently done, and then when the technicians do the work, they always resolve the issue quickly and well. Lately, Max, Sandy, and Jake have been to the house, and they are always extremely kind and friendly to my son, our dog, and me, and they provide good explanations of what they are doing to accompany their great work. I'm very grateful the staff of Lukas AC makes each call a pleasant encounter!

Our Sunroom minisplit stopped cooling today, a Saturday, all of a sudden. Since we had no idea how old the unit was, we were concerned that it was time to replace which, in researching, seemed awfully expensive. I put in a call late this morning inquiring about getting someone out today. I waited for a return call and was pleasantly surprised when i received a call from Jake. Immediately he put me at ease when he told me that he would stop by in just a bit as he had another call in the area. He arrived in the time frame he mentioned and was as nice in person as he was on the phone. I felt immediately at ease with him and, most importantly, trusted his expertise. He quickly identified the issue, had the replacement part required, and returned our unit to working better than it ever has. He did a great job and was very reasonable - even for a Saturday. Will definitely use Lukas in the future just because of Jake. . . . he's a great guy and does Lukas proud.

Thanks very much to AJ and Max for the install job on my AC mini split. They were professional, efficient and friendly. It was clear that they had the knowledge and experience necessary to perform this job. They also took care to keep the indoor workspace clean and vacuum it after the job was complete. They explained a lot about the install and what to expect from my unit in the future. I have used Lukas for over ten years and have come to expect five star service. They do not disappoint!

When another company told be they could be at my house in 5 months to do a unit checkup/preventive maintenance I contacted Lukas and got scheduled within a reasonable time during this busy hot summer. Lukas came on time, the guys were professional, friendly and honest about my units condition. I'll be using this company for my future AC issues/checkups.

I was referred to Lukas by a family member. My AC went out on memorial day (Monday). I was unable to repair myself so I called them. They luckily had a cancellation and were able to come out the same day (Wednesday) to diagnose. They attempted to get it running for me overnight while a part was being ordered. It didn't work but I appreciated the effort. No other companies I've dealt in the past have done that. I ended up needing a new blower motor. The part came in the next day (Thursday) and now everything is working as it should. They were able to do warranty work on my system that was installed by another company.

They are fantastic! Here it is just before a hurricane and our air goes out Tuesday evening! We called Lukas Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Wednesday morning and they came out the same afternoon! AWESOME!! Then they checked everything out (while it was raining) and found out a board needed to be ordered to properly fix it. They did not stop there,!!!! They fixed it so we would have air until the part arrives!!!

The Massey’s are extremely Happy!!! So we are sharing so maybe someone else can receive a similar experience!! Feeling Blessed!!
