Cannot say enough good things about this business. Had them out once for my house and once for my business as second opinions because my contracted furnace company recommended installing new units which would have cost thousands of $ of course. Both times, Matt, who is their VP came and tested things and told me I am fine and do not need to spend $ at this time. The last time he was out for my business, he even insisted on not charging me at all for his time. Needless to say, I am switching all of my work to them for the future, Kudos to you guys!

Ingenuity Air installed a new, hiYesterday, Ingenuity installed a mini split AC unit in my bedroom. Installation on time as scheduled. It works perfectly. Two years ago, Ingenuity installed a new whole house AC unit after building a addition on the house and a full renovation. Products, service, and ongoing maintenance have all been superb. Highly recommended!gh efficiency system in my home. They were very professional and thorough. Can't say enough good things about them! Highly recommended.

Ingenuity Air (and Katie specifically) saved the day! I called Ingenuity after several failed attempts with another company - for almost a week they dropped the ball. Katie not only got me on the books for a fix the next day but saved me almost $1500 for going above and beyond to ensure warranty information was correct. She was kind, helpful and on top of her game. The techs also arrived on time (early actually) and did a thorough job and were kind and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience after the week of frustration and dealing with 80-87 degree heat because of a very incompetent other company. Thank You Ingenuity!!

Called Ingenuity Air to get routine maintenance performed on my home system. I previously had a service provider that I used in a pinch when my capacitor died last summer and signed up for their maintenance plan. Turns out the old plan wasn't doing much maintenance at all and the technicians were more sales than service. I could not be more pleased with the switch, night and day difference. Sean was my service provider and went above and beyond. Not only did Sean serviced the unit, he took his time to talk me through some issues, made repairs on the spot and gave me suggestions on how to improve the existing unit. No high pressure sales, no payment plans on overpriced units, just a honest professional opinion on what is needed, what could be done and quality work. Could not recommend them enough and won't be going back to any other provider for my future needs.

These guys did a fantastic job! Very honest and reliable. I called them to get a second opinion after using a competitor. They came out that day to look at my unit. They work fast and answer all of your questions. I highly recommend them

Ingenuity Air recently serviced our home AC. The tech that came out was very pleasant and professional. It was nice to have an AC repair company actually try to fix the problem rather than just trying to sell us a new AC. Our AC unit is older and will probably need to be replaced soon but we appreciate that he was able to get it running. We will definitely consider Ingenuity Air when we are ready to replace it.

Responsive, honest, and thorough! They got us the perfect unit for our needs and price point. The installation crew stayed until the job was done and even vacuumed after themselves. I’ll definitely work with them in the future.

Recently I called Ingenuity Air to check our AC since the fan kept running after AC was turned off at the thermostat. After repairman checked, he told us that the fan motor needed to be repaired and discovered that the fan motor was covered under warranty. We were quite relieved thinking our bill would be low with only labor costs. Later that day to our shock, we received a bill for $850. I called to have the bill explained since there was no breakdown. The girl said she made a mistake & double billed us so the charge would be $425. I still wanted a breakdown of the charges since it only took the repairman a half hour to install the new fan motor. She couldn’t explain & said she would get back to me. When she finally did, she explained it was for labor costs & completing the warranty paperwork.
I would not ever use this company again & I strongly recommend others to be aware of their price gouging.

I just had a water heater installed by Ferran Industries Chris the highly skilled technician arrived on time, was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and completed in a timely manner. This is my first service by Ferran and I highly recommend them.

Impressed with the immediate attention and service. Communication was great. Matt and his team went out of their way to explain in detail what was wrong with my A/C and worked with me on determining affordable options. I truly appreciate having an A/C company I can trust and fully recommend them. My TIP: Purchase the maintenance pkg to ensure the unit gets the routine attention it needs. It's affordable and in my case, would have avoided my recent repair.

Well my A/C hasn’t broken yet, however 3/5 stars because they raised the annual price without any notification, and then I got a higher-than-expected invoice.

Ingenuity air was the 4th a/c company i called when my air conditioner blew a board and no one else could help me. The required part was in backorder with no form delivery date. After 4 weeks without air Ingenuity air came up with a solution. Their prompt service and attention to detail, along with outstanding customer service from all departments made it a pleasure to work with them. They are my go to air conditioning company from now on. I highly recommend them. .

We bought a 19 Seer Trane unit with a variable speed motor from Ingenuity Air (Matt Bischoff) Every question was handled with patience and a complete explanation. He even brought a portable AC unit on a Sunday night for our bedroom to keep us comfortable until the install.

I’ve used these guys several times. Everyone on the phone and in person has been incredibly personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They always are quick to fix the issues and make sure it’s done right the first time. I haven’t worked with a better HVAC company.
