This company was great from the quote to the installed product. I was given a number of quotes and brands by Luke. He was great. Matt the owner talked to me about the quotes and was very helpful. He went out of his way to serve me. Installers Cory and Tyler were fantastic. They worked hard, stayed busy, worked well as a team and cleaned up like they had never been there!!! They respected me and my home. Prices were fair and reasonable. Unit works great! I highly recommend this company!!!

Jose came out initially to troubleshoot my a/c unit which was at the 10 year mark in age. He was honest with me and even though it would not benefit me in the long term, gave me an estimate to get the unit back up and running. I did know from a previous visit from another company that it was time to replace my a/c unit. I asked for quotes to which the owner personally called me on. He did not pressure me into which unit I selected. I obviously did my homework and discovered that the quotes were exceptionally priced and fair. They call before they show up and were early both times. The staff was friendly and professional. This company genuinely cares about being fair to their customers when so many others could care less. They came highly recommended to me and I can see why. I will be a lifetime customer, although with my new a/c I hope I don't have to call them too soon! I will highly recommend this company though. I recently had Mathew Roberts Air Conditioning and Heating replace my complete A/C unit and was very please. As always, Matt and Luke took care of me by making sure I received a very reasonable price, that I was placed immediately on their schedule, and by sending out two wonderful A/C Technicians. Cory and Garret did a fantastic job. They were very professional, informative, finished the job ahead of schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. I also wanted to compliment Jose who came out on a Sunday and helped me figure out my problem and to get the ball rolling for the full replacement. All are great guys!

Luke assessed our specific needs, creating a customized plan to provide us with the best set-up possible. He was patient with the questions that I had and was willing to re-use my perfectly fine furnace when other companies told me that it was obsolete and would not work with the new system. He even offered to rebuild the base that my air handler/furnace is on to make the system easier to work on in the future. This attention to detail and care for needs that I did not even know I had really instilled the trust needed when making a large purchase such as this.

We've used Matthew Roberts for many years now, for everything from annual maintenance to repairs to a complete replacement of our A/C system. They are very trustworthy, knowledgable, friendly and prompt! On Friday, I noticed my air conditioning wasn't cooling properly so I called, hoping for an appointment on Monday. Much to my surprise, they sent Michael out right away so I didn't have to spend the weekend with no air! Michael, like all the techs I've met, was on top of it and got us back to normal in no time. I highly recommend this company!

We had an issue with our duct work and dampers and it was causing high humidity levels in our home and causing our new ac unit to run inefficient. We had 3 other companies come over and giving us high quotes telling us to replace our 2 year old unit. Matthew Roberts came and assessed the problem correctly and fixed the issue at a reasonable price and we are extremely happy with their work. Michael and Brandon were our technicians and they were amazing. They made sure all our questions were answered and didn't leave until everything worked properly. I would highly recommend this company. They are honest and knowledgeable.

We have been using Matthew Roberts AC for several years for our AC maintenance as well as purchasing new AC units. We highly recommend this company! From the owners, family, the office staff, and the technicians- they all do a terrific job! Our technician, Michael, services our units every 6 months at both our home and rental property, and he does a very thorough job and answers any questions or concerns that I have. If I could give this company 100 Star rating I would! Professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful, reliable and worthy of all praise due them! I was in a bad need of ductwork and a completely New AC unit.

The owner Luke came in to do an assessment and inspection and then he turned the job over to Tyler, Kyle and Jake who then left no stones unturned! I am not exaggerating!!! They did and outstanding, amazingly, magnificent job! They respected my house; inside and out and was extremely considerate and compassionate in cleaning up after themselves.

On the last day of service, Luke returned to finalize my approval and of course, I am well pleased. I will most definitely recommend this company. I had to rethink what I was going to say but I feel as if I can finally explain my utter disappointment properly. Professionals should never guess and fiddle around like rookies trying to figure out what's wrong. There's only so many things that can go wrong with an air conditioner and to sort of kind of know what's wrong and let's just maybe try this and possibly try this is crazy these days. Completely wasted my clients money. I am so embarrassed that I recommended you people to him ...... Amateur hour. When it's a pop fly to left field, sure anybody can catch it but God forbid you run into a little bit of adversity! Let's just stab in the dark and cost these people endless money trying to figure it out. I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and actual plans to remedy the situation. I just can't comprehend what exactly could be baffling so-called professionals. Every single call should be easy with no guesswork. I mean, that's what professionals should offer.

Matthew Robert’s has been doing our HVAC work for the 8years we’ve owned our house and I highly recommend them. They recently repaired the duct work under our house, spending over 6 hours climbing in the dirt in our crawl space. They completed the repairs and our AC is working 100% now. I appreciate the hard work and dedication they show in their work. Kyle and Jake were the men under the house and Michael did the diagnosis. Highly recommended!

My AC was stuck on 88 but a call to Matthew Roberts AC fixed that for me. Eric arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and got my unit up and running just in time for the Florida heat! I would definitely recommend using this company.

Great company for your AC needs. I had an AC installed a few years ago by Matthew Robert's with a difficult placement of an handler in the attic , and Maintenance every year since. Today, Jose installed a Nest thermostat and completed the yearly maintenance. Very thorough and professional.

Jose is great technician, and knows his stuff. Patient , and explains how things work and can trouble shoot problems very effectively.

I heard great things about Matthew Roberts Air and was extremely disappointed when I made an appointment via phone on May 27th scheduled for June 9th. I was told over the phone a tech would come by "early afternoon" I'm glad I called to check in at 2 p.m. because the person at the office said I wasn't in the system and had no appointment. I couldn't believe it, especially from a company I heard such great things about. Well, fortunately the lady I spoke with got a tech at my place 30 minutes later and he was very knowledgeable and said they would work with me on keeping my 21 year old unit running as long as possible rather than trying to sell me on buying a new one now. Despite the disappointing first impression, the company did a great job bouncing back.

They did such an amazing job on my home. They installed AC in my manufactured home and now the entire thing is cool. They did the whole thing in one day, the staff was super friendly, and they explained the best way to keep the system functioning at its best. If you are searching for a AC installation this would be the best option. His price was also extremely fair and the best from the different people I had that gave me quotes.

We were impressed with the service of Michael Smith at our home. He was thorough and i learned a lot from him.

Had a full AC replacement done this week.

First, a few days before the replacement they let me borrow a portable AC unit so my bedroom could at least get cold at night so I could sleep.

Second, EVERYONE I interacted with at this company (Luke, Tyler, Kyle and his partner, and Matthew) could teach classes on customer service.

I couldn't be happier with my new system and the price was reasonable. Everyone was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and put me at ease with this big financial purchase.

Excellent service. Michael Smith came out and fixed our AC fan in the middle of the pouring rain. He did his due diligence and did not skip out on inspecting each part of the unit. He is quite knowledgeable and even gave us tips for proper maintenance. On top of that, we were running on a tight schedule and Michael was still able to complete the job with respect to our time. Highly recommend.

Tyler and Jake from Matthew Roberts came out today to install our new HVAC system. These guys are true professionals and very polite and courteous. The attention to detail and workmanship shows in their work. The Company went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed properly, even inside the air box where you would never see the details. They pulled all new wiring, copper lines and drain lines.

I have just had Matthew Roberts service for the first time, on a friend's recommendation. The bad news was that my AC needed a new compressor, but the good news is that the two techs who came to my house -- Michael and Greg -- were very professional and friendly, and I now have heat, which was not the case before. I will definitely have Matthew Roberts install my new compressor. Kevin in the office and everyone I spoke with in the office was great as well. Highly recommend.
