Thaddeus and Ruben were great! Dryer vent cleaning and fireplace / chimney were done efficiently and effectively. Service visit was timely and techs were friendly and professional.

Thaddeus efficiently cleaned out our chimney and the other tech cleaned out the dryer vent.

Thaddeus took photos of the flashing and showed me it was still intact and provided maintenance suggestions to prevent future damage from happening.

Thadius and the crew from ABC were absolutely stellar. From the receptionist that booked the appointment to the superior service and overall awesome customer service on site , I’m blown away. If you are having fireplace/chimney work done by anyone other ABC you are doing it wrong.

I was so impressed with honesty and thoroughness. they are very professional. They inspected everything and told me it was NOT my ducts and I did not need cleaning. Their estimator is not paid or rewarded by sale. No high pressure, just professionalism. ABC Cleaning was flexible about the timeframe I needed for the assessment of my air ducts. They worked with my schedule. My technician was timely, professional and gave me an outstanding thorough analysis of what was happening with my air ducts. The technician was straightforward. Not one ounce of pressure to choose their company. I was given a fair estimate and a contact for a local trust worthy vendor for my dryer ductwork.

ABC Cleaning is stationed in Oviedo but the came to Indialantic area to assist me. I highly recommend their services. As the insight I received change my entire scope of what I believed was the perceived issue.

Finally, an honest cleaning company! I cannot recommend ABC Cleaning in Oviedo highly enough. After getting quotes from other companies, the difference was night and day. One company quoted me $12k for all new vents after a quick look in the attic, and another gave me a lazy estimate without even counting the vents.
When ABC arrived, they were incredibly thorough—even finding vents I didn't know I had. Their pricing was the most competitive by far, beating everyone else's. I even added a whole-house purifier and UV light; not because of a high-pressure sales pitch, but because a friend recommended them. ABC provided the exact same high-end unit for much less than my friend paid! Every technician was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They actually made the whole experience enjoyable and saved me a fortune in the process. They even do HVAC maintenence. You bet I'll call them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

I was told by another company that I needed a new compressor and that the Freon would cost me $1,400.
My compressor was replaced 10 months ago. A friend recommended Matthew Roberts and the tech came out first thing in the morning and it took Micheal Smith 30 minutes to have my air conditioner running. I truly trust this company I am so glad to be working with a company that has integrity. Thank you Micheal

I called for service in the morning and Michael came with an hour or so and knew exactly what my problem was and had everything up and running in a few minutes. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I am so grateful for him fixing my A/C so quick in this terrible heat! WOW! We have been happy customers for a number of years and Michael usually does the routine service. BUT today was exceptional. Michael, Cory, and Tyler installed a new unit and handler (removing the old and having to negotiate a tight attic and a long trek with stairs to and from the actual installation sites): and also they redid some old and less efficient duct work --> took them ALL day. They started by 08:30 and they didn't finish until well after dark - don't think they even stopped for lunch. Fantastic job and all three very pleasant, tidy, considerate, and obviously dedicated to doing the best quality work.
Have always though highly of this company ( and we have had a number of AC companies over the years), but after today - WOW! Cannot have higher reguard and praise for Mathew, Tyler, and Cory. Hope we do not need anything beyond routine service for a long time, but if we do, can be sure we will be calling these guys.

I’ve been using Matt Roberts for over 20 years. My first experience was with Matt himself. He did a repair and gave me the option of replacing a circuit board that he said was not really necessary. Saved me money.

Since we’ve been i our present house Matt has replaced 2 of my 3 AC systems. It’s not just replacing the components, it’s duct work, air handling boxes and standing by your work. These are not the cheapest people around, but the quality of the work and making it right when there is an issue is what’s important.

Today I had technician #5 come out to put new mastic on my vent and return lines in the attic. The estimate said “techincian will only repair accessible vents”. He went out of his way to ensure he got every single one. He also found two broken rerun lines that were doing nothing but air conditioning the attic. Wish I’d done this years ago.

We have a big house with 3 ac systems. When it’s #3’s time, I’m going to have Matt and his crew do the work.

I have two Carrier central air conditioning units (one for upstairs / one for downstairs) that I purchased "new" when I had the house built in 2011. I have had numerous problems with these units and the AC service Company that installed them.

Michael is an outstanding technician. He did a professional job and his recommendations were clear and concise. I plan to replace these units this winter -- I am definitely using Matthew Roberts AC for that job and requesting Michael as the service technician.
