Everyone over at Coolmore has been a pleasure to work with. We needed our ductwork completely redone and had been dreading it - but we were not only given a very fair price, but wonderful service too. The office staff have been so kind and communicative and the techs onsite were friendly and mindful. They cleaned up after themselves well and were extremely mindful of our pets and toddler (and they even let him "help"!). I'm so glad we found this company and we will be using them for any HVAC needs in the future!

Coolmore Air and Heat absolutely exceeded every expectation I had.

They came out on incredibly short notice and worked completely around my availability so I didn’t have to miss any work which alone was amazing. I was given a one-hour arrival window, and Billy literally pulled up one minute before the window started (and my house is not easy to find!).

Billy diagnosed the issue in less than 10 minutes, and I was shocked when he casually walked back to his truck and came back with the replacement part already in hand. No delays, no waiting, no extra scheduling. Within about 20 minutes, my air conditioning was fully repaired and running perfectly.

But he didn’t stop there! Before leaving, he cleaned my condenser and gave special attention to the coils so it could “breathe” better and run more efficiently. He even explained how it would help lower my electric bill, which I truly appreciated.

My AC hadn’t been working properly for months, and I kept putting off calling because I assumed the repair would be expensive. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and the service was outstanding. They were attentive, responsive, honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient.

Jeff & Raoul came out and cleaned our ducts and hvac after a recent fire and did a fantastic job. I had the ducts cleaned 6 months ago but they did a horrible job leaving dirt in the plenum and a fire hazard. I will use them again and highly recommend abc cleaning. Very professional and thorough. Great experience.

20 years ago, they were great. Tried them again, a little disappointed in customer service. They pulled the fan to clean, they could have least looked at the coils and tell me there was algae growing. I had coil cleaner and would have sprayed it. Should have at least looked at the coils and told me that they couldn’t clean it.

And an unexpected motor relay broke after the blower was pulled and I am still waiting for the part. Referred to the owner by a representative who came to my house and saw what happened. Called, nothing. What was the point?

I know inflation has gotten us all, but I really don’t think I got $500 worth of service. Yes you added the dryer vent at not charge but that took 5-10 minutes.

I highly recommend ABC Cleaning of Oviedo. The team of Damian. Joe and Raul were 3 hours ahead of schedule...which was actually surprising. They were efficient, thorough and clean. They took pictures of my ducts and explained the details. Thank you so much guys!

Tony cleaned our dryer duct and did a great job. He also went on the roof to get the lint out from the top of the ductwork. He was friendly and explained everything he did. I have already recommended this company to my neighbor. They were very easy to work with too. The office staff was great.

We had ABC Airduct Cleaning Services come out and cleaned all of our airducts & dryer vent their crew of Jeff Joe & Raul, were not only extremely professional but, but 3 nice guys who cleans up a vacuumed up everything. They just left about 30 mins ago, and we can't even tell they were there. We will have them back every 2 yrs for inspections, and if we move we will call them # they were great, and I highly recommend them. These are the type of employees, employers should be proud to have on their team

I had a very good experience with ABC-Cleaning of Oviedo. They were hired to perform Air Duct cleaning at my mother's home of 50 years. The company proved to be very professional, from the initial consultation, the calls and texts to confirm the appointments, and the actual cleaning of the Air Ducts.
