I don’t live in Orlando and I was scrambling to find a trustworthy and reliable company to get over there quickly the next day. A friend recommended this company. Their communication and professionalism was excellent! The tech Dave showed up on time and called me to keep me informed on all that was needed to correct the problem. Didn’t try to sell me anything and answered all the questions i had! I would 💯 recommend this company to anyone looking! Jeff

Dave and his team have been servicing my air conditioners for years. When I needed a new air conditioner Dave gave me the best price and installed the unit as agreed. He is honest, professional, and works hard to serve his customers.

FHC (Jamie and Dave) did an excellent job! For years, we have been looking for an honest, competent HVAC company in Orlando. FHC displayed those values and skills. We are happy we found FHC for our A/C service.

On an unusually hot cloudless day, our A/C was running continuously. I thought our A/C needed repair. Dave checked the entire system and discussed each aspect with me. He told me that the system was fine, and needed no repair. He only charged us for a regular yearly service. That tells us he wants to help the customers and keep them coming back.

FHC heating and Air Conditioning just completed installing a new gas furnace and cooling system.
It was one of the best experiences I’ve had working with contractors. They came when they said, were courteous and very clean workers. Did a wonderful job and would highly recommend them.

Seriously saved my life and the day. I was trying to get my AC repaired with another company. It got to the point where it completely stopped working. After several days without air Im told on a Friday after 5 that the last fix didn't work and it would be Monday until they could come for another assessment....No air all weekend and probably at least until mid week???? I immediately found this incredibly kind family owned local company. Even though they were fully booked the owner showed up Saturday morning and got my AC fixed in no time. FHC is a great company. When we needed a new AC it was refreshing to get a quote with no pushy sales tactics or up-selling. FHC has fair pricing for new units as well as repairs. Great Service! The Service Tech was on time and figured out the problem quickly. Had my A/C up and running in no time. The price was incredibly fair. They saved me 1300$ compared to their competitors. Would definitely give them a call if I ever have any A/C problems.

Dave & Jamie have been taking care of us for over 11 years. Dave is the most reasonable, thorough, and conscientious business owner as there is out there. He has countless times suggested effective and easy methods to save me money that would’ve gone into his pocket instead of coming out for a service call. He’s patiently walked me through solutions by phone, and on the few occasions where we had to get major work done, he’s been very reasonable and even gives the occasional discount! 5 stars. The plumber from this company who came to our house to fix a broken supply line on our side of the meter. He was courteous, prompt and very competent. He was very clear about the problem, how he would fix it, and the cost. I would highly recommend this company.
