He gave us detailed information on everything that was going on with our HVAC system and made sure we understood what he was explaining to us prior to him leaving. He didn’t try to sell us anything that wasn’t needed. He gave us some recommendations as well. Thank you, Sean, for your help and explanations. After hours call and Brian picked up called back immediately. They were very accommodating to our business needs and was able to get the job done. Frankie came out on time, very pleasant and great customer service. He explained what was needed, what he was going to do and why. He was able to finished before we opened.

On Wednesday, Albert and Phillip came by to replace our AC unit after it failed, and they were great! Got the unit replaced quicker than I thought despite the heat and a brief storm. I also really enjoyed the updates they gave us along the way so we know what they've done, what they still needed to do, and how long it'll be!

Sean arrived ahead of schedule and got right to work on our AC maintenance. Reliable, knowledgeable and always friendly and has a smile!

These guys are personable, the pricing was extremely fair, I received 2 quotes, and these guys came under by a long shot. But quality of work is bang on, communication was great, price stayed exactly as discussed, both guys that came on site were awesome ! I definitely recommend calling these boys.

This company was very responsive. They were able to send out a technician the same day we called, for a diagnosis. Then came out the very next day with all the parts required to repair our AC. Sean was a pleasure to have met, he overcame obstacles and was able to get the AC running before he left. Excellent person. Excellent company.

AC wasn't keeping up during the Florida winter. Sean came out a head of schedule and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I highly recommend R & A!

Sean was a great technician, very knowledgeable and detailed to resolve the issue. Walked me through the hole process and educated me on how to maintain the drain line. Explained everything behind his recommendation on what was needed to have my system run efficiently. I did not feel pressured to pay for additional services or feel concerned to make such decision. I had a positive experience with this company, the person they had sent to help take a look at our AC system was super sweet and took the time to explain everything he was doing in detail. I really appreciate when people take the time to talk me through something so I can better understand and have a learning opportunity. He was very friendly and we had a bit of small talk while he was working on figuring out what the problem was. We ended up having a backed up drain and he had vacuumed inside and outside, flushed it out with hot water, and had the AC running in no time. (I don’t remember if he told me his name or not, I wish I remembered it so I could’ve given a shoutout.)
