Leo and his team are AMAZING! I just bought my house and one month in the A/C was gone due to age.A friend knew about Leo and recommended him. Well i loved his professionalism from the first second. He showed me different types of A/c units gave me different quotes and emailed everything so i can be clear. He also provided me with a great company powerpay to finance my new A/C this was all done in under a week.I believe that living in Florida where its hot most of the time you really need to have knowledgeable people to take care of your A/c and Leo for sure is the guy.They are the best in Saint Cloud!.

Went above and beyond when my AC failed. Not only did they repair my AC, VenzAir corrected misinformation from a different company who had come out to check the system and corrected their patch into a long term solution. Very professional, very courteous, very skilled. Kudos to the team!

After meeting with 4 or 5 ac techs guys, Leo the owner from the first moment gave me the best price and brand (carrier) ac, and next day the full installation was made, even at night and rainning. I recommend him and his company as excellent. Don't waste time with others. Full new AC

I'm very impressed at how much this company backs their work. We chose R&A to install a reme halo (whole home air purifier) into our AC. Install went great and the unit worked great. When some time later, an issue arose related to the install, I was pleasantly surprised at how responsive the company was. They sent out a tech the day I called. A few days later the manager, Brian, called me and walked me through everything they would do to remedy the situation. The tech sent out, Colby, was clearly very experienced and also personable. R&A performs quality work and, even more importantly, stands by it. They have made a loyal customer out of me. Look no further for someone to handle your AC needs. It's hard to find a company like this!

Sean was great. Routine AC check up and everything looked good. Recommended soft start and UV light has the AC system running perfectly and efficiently.

Overall very pleased with the installation of 1) an AFCI outlet and a circuit breaker for my new microwave and 2) a new circuit breaker for my new oven. The tech was very personable and knowledgeable and able to discuss options and provide the best solution. I think that R&A provides good value for the money spent.

From time of calling for appointment to Ac technician Ryan Evans coming to look at ac and determine what was needed,. Positive experience, talked me through what was happening to the handler. Noticed that I did not have pipe switch and that was what some of the problem of leaking around the box. He also retaped and did mastic to seal. A plus job by Ryan. Will be referring when I hear of anyone else needing services. thank you

Another perfect 10 for R&A. Our 3rd time using R&A and each time nothing less than professionalism was displayed. Randy came out this last time and performed his tasks flawlessly. If you need a/c or any other work they do, R&A is our go to because of their total commitment and satisfaction to the customer without much fanfare.

The electricians, John and Will, were prompt and respectful. They kept their work area clean. They had an accurate understanding of our project and completed quickly. We had a receptacle added in the eve for a future powered blind for the patio. We thought they were fairly priced and will call on them for future needs.

First and foremost the staff that installed my system and the maintenance people have been not only friendly but very professional explaining everything they did. Ryan Evan’s was the last one, and I hope he is sent for all future maintenance checks. Very professional and experienced in troubleshooting. The others were good too, but he really explained the situation and took care of it.
Now the story:

Replaced my system a year ago with them. Not only did my electric bill go down, the house feels much cooler even at a higher temp than what we used to set it at.
I had the annual service check last month. Two days later the system shut down. Ryan was sent. Came to find out the third party air purifier I had installed died and blew the fuse. He fixed the AC fuse for the interim. They just came and replaced the purifier system with a new one and no service fee which I found to be very nice and extremely professional. I would recommend them for AC services.

We have used R & A Industries for our HVAC maintenance for 5 years and are always happy with the service they provide. Today’s technician, Sean, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient answering all our questions. Highly recommend them!

Phil was my technician and what an amazing experience. I was so nervous that I may need to get a new unit but after his service he assured me that I may get much more life out of an old air conditioner. I highly recommend.
