Service to diagnose A/C issue by Clint was done in an extremely professional manner, straight forward advise, and done in a timely manner. Tim, Clint, and the entire crew are awesome. A veteran owned business that provides excellent profession A/c and heating work. I would not use any others.

Job well done! Clint is pleasant, efficient and thorough. When finished, he goes over the provided service with you and gives helpful suggestions. The office staff is also pleasant and helpful. Communications (call returns, appointment confirmations, arrival times, etc.) are excellent.
The first time I used Victory Cooling and Heating, my AC quit working in 90 degree weather. I called my past AC service provider and they couldn't fit me in for several days. It was too hot to wait so I called Victory after a Google search. If I remember correctly, Clint came out that same day and had my system up and running again.

Victory Cooling and Heating sent Clint to fix my AC. He was polite, professional and efficient. He went to work quickly and had my unit back up and running in no time. This is an honest and transparent company that I highly recommend.

The crew were punctual, knowledgeable, and polite. Clint diagnosed the AC problem. It was old age non fixable needing replacement. My wife was so happy...till I told her it's the AC I was talking about. Scott and Austin did the AC install, they were done before 2pm. Quick and efficient the 2 were, no fuss, no muss. Now ready for summer. Cool house , happy house. I would definitely recommend Victory Cooling and Heating.

Victory Cooling and Heating is the best! They really care about their customers and care about the work they do. I recently had a new mini split installed and twice it turned off by itself and I couldn't turn it back on. They were quick to respond to the issue and Clint took the time to find out why this was happening. He spoke directly to the manufacturer about the situation, was instructed to disconnect the sensor wire, and no more problems so far. Thank you Clint and Victory Cooling and Heating!

This company charged me a ton of money with many promises. Never to been seen again. 5,000 later, I feel like a fool. AVOID!!

$70 service fee for a 15 minute visit is a bit much!! Wish that was mentioned when making the appointment!

We've used this air conditioning company two times. First time was for an installation and second time was for a repair on a separate unit. Each time they did a great job and would use again.

Called about my broken washer on a Saturday. They were already done for the day but when I described the problem to schedule an appointment the gentleman on the phone walked me through the very simple fix and I was back up and running in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Worst company ever!!! Charged my elderly parents full price over $5,000.00 for a brand new air conditioning unit that never worked properly only to find out that the air conditioning unit was used and refurbished and had countless number of holes in the coils.. thats why it never properly worked. Froze up all the time and they would come out and charge full service, parts and labor charges every time.. the air conditioning unit is supposed to be under full warranty 10 years.. unit is less than 2 years old.. Cajun air company is nothing but a scam.. Ron Moran is the owner.. He does not stand behind his work or products or his word. He lies like hell. Buyer beware.. dont get scammed by this company.
