I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Victory Cooling. These are my go to people for anything HVAC related. They’re super knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy.

Austin was very communicative, let me know what was going on even though I wasn't at the property. ( It's a rental). He arrived when he said he would arrive and took care of the problem very promptly. I was very satisfied with him.

Arrived in 30 minutes or less on a Saturday. Very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. Excellent job!

On time and work was completed in less than an hour. The technicians were courteous and kind and asked if I needed anything else to be done. Which I replied You done morning in enough.

They came out and arrived exactly when they said that they would. I will not hesitate to call again. The young man was very knowledgeable and professional.

Clint saved the day! Storm knocked the power out and when it came back on, our A/C did not. Of course it happened after hours and on the weekend. He answered the call and was right out the next morning to get us fixed up. Victory to the rescue again!

I have used Victory a couple times now and they provided great fast service, even on weekends and Fathers Day. Clint was great, knows his stuff and so was Austin, both fast and efficient. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. One of the better companies I've dealt with in the area. Highly Recommend!

Victory was incredible. They were responsive on a holiday, very communicative, forthright and skilled. I am so glad to have found them.

I needed a repair and no longer trusted the people I was using previously. They replaced my
condensate pump and I’ll use them for service.

Called with a potential capacitor issue. Austin was out to my house in 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and after a capacitor replacement, had the unit back up and running. I'll never use another AC company. These guys rock!

I was impressed by the work that was done on my air conditioner. The receptionist was very helpful checking with the technician and getting back to me whether they could fix my problem. I was kept informed throughout the service call and Clint the technician was easy to talk to and he came back a second time to fully fix the problem and I wasn’t charged for a second visit.

Amazing customer service! I reached out at night and they were here the very next day. Clint was so knowledgeable, helpful, and fixed the issue quickly at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Austin. My condenser had issues last night and Victory got someone out within 2-3 hours this morning to fix. Austin was great at communicating a fix and running the system diagnostic, walking me through every step. With a lot of the bigger companies trying to screw you over left and right this is definitely the local smaller business you want to support. Earned a customer here.

Clint is amazing! He came over twice, installed new thermostats and did the ac tune-ups. He explained everything and helped make sure we were able to download the app and connect to our phones. In this day, getting someone who actually cares is rare. I am extremely happy. Would highly recommend.

We initially went with another company when we bought our house (because their sticker was on the equipment), but quickly realized we were being overcharged and treated poorly. Call to have then inspect my AC due an issue with the air handler and had to call back 4 times. I had used them on a previous repair and they provided a quote for a duct work and damper repair which we decided to wait until next year to fix. When I spoke to them after the 4th call they said they reviewed my file and would not do the repair because I did not go with the extensive repair. The issue was not the duct work or the dampers, the air handler was having issues. I would not recommend using this company.

Our service Tech Austin was great, knowledgeable, and has us up and running within 30 minutes. Victory should be your first call for any HVAC needs.

It my 1st time using Victory Cooling and Heating and during my conversation with the technician, Clint, I could tell he was very knowledgeable & a great listener!
