I have used this company over and over for all my A/C needs. Victory Cooling and Heating, a veteran owned business, is absolutely the BEST at what they do.
1. During an emergency call on a very hot summer day Clint did a superb job servicing my A/C when we noticed it went out on a Friday night in our 1984 historic home. Called at 6:45 PM and he arrived before 7:30 PM. Did the work in a timely manner, professionally executed with excellence. He had multiple parts on hand to make the repair. The unit to be repaired was in our old attic and hard to access. Tim was all over it and did an excellent job. 90-120 minutes later we were up and running with multiple items repaired. Victory Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc ( formerly Tim Benjamin A/C) is the best I’ve experienced ever to include 47 years with the U.S. Army all over the country. Can’t go wrong with This hard working, honest company for all your A/C and heating needs. Simply the best in my area.

2. Clint from Victory A/C returned to service both our A/C units. He spent hours thoroughly servicing, cleaning, and testing both units. He came back the next day to deep clean the attic fan, removed it took outside, cleaned, sanitized, service including lightly sanding blades to insure optimal performance. Work accomplished in a band of excellence rarely seen in the A/C & Heating business. Victory’s entire process… reception, scheduling, timeliness, courtesy, serving, repair, documenting and billing are all superb using modern iPad technics to enhance customer satisfaction. Victory (Tim, Linda and Clint) always has customer satisfaction as job #1. I will always use them for my A/C needs. They are great and priced well.

3. Just moved and Clint did an initial service and recommended replacing a part. It made a huge difference.

4. On 11/12/25 The owner Tim, and a crew of two installed a new 4-ton Trane A/C along with all the other bits and pieces. Their efficient, professional expertise, and skills were exceptional. Tim and his team always choose to make a better situation of every install over what the existing unit was. A hallmark of doing the customer right by all means. They put in a good 11-hour day to make sure everything was perfectly done. Very satisfied. Kudos again and again.

5. My 5 Star recommendation does not come easy. They are that good. Use them over others! You will be impressed!

Clint was the tech that stopped by today to give us a tune-up on the system. Clint always explains and breaks down the work he is performing so you can understand how your system works best. He is knowledgeable and professional. He truly is a wonderful asset to the company. Highly recommend Victory Cooling and Heating.

Austin, the service tech, was great. Very friendly and polite and on time. He spent an hour doing a complete maintenance on my cooling system. A++ work. I highly recommend them.

Great job! The guys from Victory were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and FAST! When I decided to go with them, they estimated 4 hours to complete the job, but it went smooth and they were done in about 2.5 hours. The install was very clean and professional and they helped me set up the new thermostat, which they upgraded to a wifi one for free! Can't say enough good things! Definitely recommend and going in my phone for any AC needs!

Victory is a very reliable company in terms of service quality, customer service and transparency. They are highly qualified & experienced professionals, probably the best in the Orlando area. I had a cooling issue for which I reached out to victory hesitatingly, however, I was given an appointment for the next day. It was resolved very same day they came and I couldn’t be happier since they identified the right problem (thermostat). I’m enrolled in their very reasonably priced maintenance plan which gives me the peace of mind for a whole year. Highly recommend them for any hvac service, repair or install needs

Victory is a 1company Clint the man that came today was very nice and honest did a great job and very friendly and very knowledgeable about his job and was on time did a great job inspecting the ac unit and installed new vent Scott was the man who did that he did it write and clean great company and great people

Clint was very knowledgeable and he was very helpful in finding the issue with my a/c! I’ve had other a/c repair companies in the past and they ALL showed to be looking out for commission instead of finding the root of the problem . I would definitely recommend this company! We can't say enough good things about the service we received from Victory Cooling and Heating. After 5 days without AC while we waited for the previous company we called to get the part, we decided to try finding a company that could replace the whole unit quickly for a fair price. We called Victory on a Tuesday afternoon. Ron came out within the hour, quoted us a fair price and promised it would be installed the next day. Scott and Alex arrived promptly at 7:30 am on Wednesday and we had air by 3:00 pm. And they did a beautiful installation job! Ron stopped by to check on the progress and the county came out yesterday to sign off. The whole experience was quick and problem free. They are our go-to from now on. We highly recommend!

Clint showed up early and cleaned out the drain and did a maintenance tuneup in less than an hour. Now I have a cool house again. I am very pleased!

Victory Cooling and Heating was a lifesaver today! I came home in the morning to find my AC not cooling on a very hot summer day. I called, and they arrived the same day—just an hour after I called! They were prompt and completely transparent about the pricing. Within 45 minutes of arriving, my AC was working perfectly again. I’m so thankful for their attentive, communicative, and professional service. I definitely recommend always choosing them!

Technician Clint came on time and identified the problem quickly and fixed my A/C . He provided upfront estimates and was courteous and professional. I have used Victory A/C couple of times and have been very happy with quality of the workmanship.

Clint was hands down the best service/repair man we ever had working on our home heat pump. Not only did he show up at the very beginning of the scheduled 5-hour slot and fixed the problem quickly, but he also rectified a couple of issues left behind from other service visits (with other companies). He then proved to me that the hard start kit that others had recommended and I was asking him to install on top of the repair was really not needed for my system, so he saved me money. He was also eager to provide advice on what I could do to use the system more efficiently, and was very professional throughout. His visit was an overall success and I will ask for him in the future.
