Wow, I am a HAPPY customer! My AC died last week. Someone was at my house and found the problem with 30 minutes of my call. My AC was already pretty old, so I decided to get a new one. They got me several prices for different systems and explained the pros/cons for each one. The prices were great... 3 days later, I have a brand new AC... Everyone I talked to (the workers and the people at the office) were very nice, friendly, and happy to answer all my questions. I would happily use them again, and happily recommend them to all friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers.

My Grandparents have been using Matthew Roberts for years for all their AC needs. They did a great job with them. Our AC broke yesterday and I called them and apparently, they are not taking "new clients".

As others have said, from start to finish Mathew Roberts A/C was top notch. Both on the day of the estimate and on the day of the install they were right on time. At the time of the estimate they were thorough and described several alternatives and we agreed on the best one. The day of install was equally as smooth. The installers were professional and did a great job of keeping my home clean and floors and furniture protected. They are my go-to A/C folks from now on.

They installed a new central air system in my home. They were extremely professional and accommodating to our needs and comfort. The techs, Ryan and Dustin were extremely nice, considerate and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company to continue the chain, as they were recommended to us.

We used Matthew Roberts A/C for years in the past, and they were great. However, we recently had our drain clogged, which caused a joint to leak. The tech wanted to rip our entire ceiling out, and made an unnecessarily large hole. The tech persisted that there was a hole on the top side of the pipe. Had three other companies come out, and confirmed that the leak was just because the clog, and it was all fixed. There was no leak, especially since it was a PVC pipe! He took unnecessarily long unclogging the drain, so he can charge us for 3 hours with weekend rates. Later on, the tech called saying he was on his way back to rip up the ceiling, although we did not even make an appointment! The insurance company won't even cover the price of the hole because it did not need to be that large, which damaged the wall. I would not recommend Matthew Roberts to anyone!! Crooks who only care about their wallet! Additionally, he was trying to sell us a new unit due to rusty coils, while the other three companies said we have at least 3 years min left on the units!!

Michael did a great job! He was very thorough and professional. He did an extremely neat job and had great attention to detail. There were things that I didn't even think about that he did. He explained the a routine maintenance program for my AC that will really help keep my AC working more efficiently.

Michael diagnosed my pool heat pump issue quickly (and explained the issue clearly) and came back the next day with Jake and quickly did the repairs. From the scheduling to the repair experience and pricing, it all was great. Would definitely use this group again for my pool heater or my AC units.

I came to know of this company via. my job (they maintain one of our office's A/C systems). I now use them at the rental property I am living at. The technicians are always extremely nice, courteous, and honest (Jose is AWESOME). Additionally, they are more-than-willing to answer any questions you may have. They, also, never try to sell you into getting any services you don't need. The technicians go above and beyond what they are called to do, and always get you up and running. Kevin arrived thirty minutes when I called after hours with my problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem and did a repair that had my unit operating within ten minutes of his arrival. He explained what he was doing, and how it had caused my problem. I barraged him with a lot of questions about old and new a/c systems. He gave very clear and thorough explanations. This is a company I have dealt with since August 2002. With me. they have a long record of great service, fairness, quality of work, and reliability. This is a great company to have for your heating and air-conditioning needs. They do it right.

My most recent repair call was for our upstairs AC. Michael was the repair technician and he was awesome. He found the issue and fixed the problem in no time flat. He even gave me some pointers for maintenance on my own.

Called Matthew Roberts AC and they sent Michael over to attend to my broken unit. He diagnosed the problem, made calls to check if he could save me money, gave me options to save me money, and fixed the unit with great efficiency. He then cleaned and checked everything and wrote up future problems that may occur without pushing for any further services. I found Michael's service to be very thorough, while also being pleasant and very courteous. What a wonderful mother he must have.

We are off to a good start with the company. We are having issues with not all rooms cooling properly. Michael, our service technician, arrived slightly ahead of schedule but called beforehand to make sure I was home. He was very polite and knowledgeable keeping me informed while he performed an inspection of entire duct system which include vaulted ceiling crawlspace. I really appreciate the service that Michael provided and highly recommend!

We contacted Matthew Roberts, Inc. to provide a quote on replacing the heat pump at our home. They had been referred to us by friends who recently had a new system installed by them. Luke was very flexible with scheduling the initial visit and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical Salesman. I could tell after only a few questions that he was someone who knew how to install these systems.

We ended up selecting Matthew Roberts, Inc to perform the installation based upon our evaluation of all competitive bids. Our final decision was influenced by a number of factors, including their competitive position, positive referral, ability to start within 2 days, and our impression of their company based on the first meeting with Luke.

Cory and Garrett showed up on time the first day to install our first unit downstairs. They worked nonstop that day and we were back to cool by dinner time. They were professional, meticulous, and left our space clean and tidy. Cory and Tim showed up on time the second day to install our second unit upstairs. Once again, we were back up and running by dinner time. Our space was undisturbed and all evidence of the construction project removed. Good crews.

Behind the scenes, Eileen worked with my wife on scheduling and ordering. She was on top of everything and even came to our house to have us sign the paperwork the day before the work started.

After the dust settled and we had time to let the systems settle in, Luke followed up and came out to take care of some loose ends and check everything out. Mr. Roberts even made an appearance to thank us for the business. You're welcome, you and your team earned it.

I have already recommended Matthew Roberts, Inc. to four others at work who are also in need of A/C repair and replacement and have no doubt that they will deliver.

We have been using Matthew Roberts for quite a few years, at least three times at our previous home, and then once recently at out new home.
Every time they have come out, the service was outstanding, honest and fair.
On the most recent visit, we requested a preventative maintenance check. Our Tech, Michael, arrived well on time and proceeded to diagnose our system.
The prognoses was low refrigerant, plus a few other minor infractions.
Michael also notified us that the T-Switch was disconnected at some point. He reconnected and verified that it worked properly.
Finally, we requested a quote to replace our system. Michael took measurements and submitted them to the home office. That day, we received a quote for four options, and all very fair.
Once we have to replace our system, it will be with Matthew Roberts, just check the BBB ratings.
This visit occurred during the Covid19 epidemic, and Michael was very understanding of my temporary working conditions and was accommodating to my random work calls.
We will hands down recommend Matthew Roberts to anyone who is looking for recommendations. 10 out of 10 times.
