I have to say that Matthew Roberts has been excellent since I have hired them. They do the annual service and right now the HVAC went dead because of the Trane smart system so they identified the issue to the controller board or the actual motor. They ordered both and then after changing each part individually they realized that it was just the controller board. I have to say that this level of honesty in the service is much appreciated and they have a customer for life.

*** UPDATE- THEY NEVER PULLED A PERMIT. I’m really not happy with Matthew Roberts. I hired them at full price to put in a new system for me. They use the existing infrastructure which is fine however they installed the equipment on an unlevel pad. We’re gonna have temperatures in the 20s next week here in Florida and I found out the hard way that they had never connected the heat on my heat pump. They also cut the wires to the thermostat very short so I had to cut into the wall to get enough slack to run the wire myself. I got several quotes and their price was somewhere in the middle and I thought I was doing the right thing by hiring a local company and now I regret it. A lot of my equipment broke within the first two years of the installation and while the equipment was under warranty, the labor was not. I ended up spending an additional $1300 repairing my new equipment. The orange heating cable was not connected at the switchboard as well, and I had to make a jumper cable because they had a cut at the wall. I’m very disappointed with the work done and wish I had gone with another company. I paid for a full installation of a new system and they did the bare minimum and left me hanging. I have a newborn and I’ve been working all day to get the orange wire connected so that we can have heat.

Ingenuity Air has done a number of jobs for me and neighbors. Very satisfied. Excellent job and fair pricing. Will always use them.

Called and told the nice lady that my air conditioner was not working. They had someone come out and fixed it the same day. Excellent customer service from everyone involved.

For years we’ve had issues with our unit and we met Dustin and learned about Ingenuity. Chris the technician was able to quickly schedule us for maintenance and was for more knowledgeable than any technician we have had in the past from another company. He offered to proactively call us to schedule our next maintenance and the value for what you get can’t be beat. If you need AC work, call them asap!

Our A/C started leaking in the middle of the night and they were able to send someone out first thing the next morning! The person who scheduled our appointment was very professional and helpful! Chris was able to fix the issue and get out A/C up and running quickly. Very grateful for Ingenuity Air!!!!

Our previous hvac person that also installed our new ac system told us we needed to replace the ac ducts as our new over rated unit was not able to cool our house down. We wanted another opinion and man are we glad we went with ingenuity air, not only did we NOT need new ducts, turns out the person who installed our new ac didn't do it correctly and it just needed to be done the right way. Now our ac is running better than it ever has and saved us a ton of money and the nightmare of replacing our ducts for no reason. It really makes a difference when you have a company that actually knows what they're doing and doesn't try to upsell you, we're new customers for life!

Matt did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and getting us back up and running. They were honest, professional, and timely. It was a pleasure to work with them. Thanks again!

We had a fan motor fail on one of our exterior units. Ingenuity came out promptly, identified the issue correctly and offered a range of options. The staff are diligent, personable and explained everything in plain English. Highly recommend this team.

I am a first time home owner. I know how to change a filter and that is about it. When our A/C stopped working, I was very unhappy. Especially since it was my first time going through the few very cold nights in Florida with my 7 month old. Our heater would not reach his room no matter how high we put the Heat. I was really impressed with the service. The team was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dustin and Chris came out the next morning. They did everything they could to get my Heater up and running again. My husband and I were prepared to buy a whole new unit but Chris was able to fix it so we have another few years. I would definitely use them again if needed for emergency and have signed up for their maintenance plan!

10/10 recommend!! Dustin takes great care of his customers. Everyone is professional, clean cut and prompt with excellent customer service. Tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem on site, upon inspection! Very grateful for Ingenuity Air.

We had AC problems for years. The air flow was always weak and the unit used to stay on for hours at the time.
Contact Dustin and quickly Chris was dispatched to my home to diagnose the problem, and he sure did find the problem.
The fix was scheduled and performed real fast. Feels like I'm living in another house. AC blows real good and real cold. Unit is on for a few minutes and shut down again (reaches the desired temperature much faster than before).
Just canceled my maintenance contract with ARS. Just Ingenuity will work on my AC from now on.
I strongly recommend this business. Honest and reliable.

We had a truly INCREDIBLE experience with Ingenuity Air. I’ve never had an HVAC company take so much time and care with a job at my house like Ingenuity did. I was super impressed. I literally called their owners mid job to let them know how much I appreciated the effort their technician was putting in. Shawn (not sure on the correct spelling of his first name) was insanely thorough, kept me informed of his progress, showed me exactly what he was doing, and was kind and personable. He just worked super hard and it was apparent. Wouldn’t recommend any other HVAC company. We’ve worked with others over the years, and the prior ones don’t compare. Not even close.

This company was great. We had a problem with our mini split unit that a few other ac companies did not want to deal with. This company came out within a day of calling and fixed our unit. They were very professional! We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

We are very happy with Ingenuity Air. We use them for routine bi-annual service which is great and keeps our machine running right. But we also use them for repairs and cleaning as needed. We called them in a pinch last week as our machine was sounding funny. They were out first thing the next morning, diagnosed the problem (blower mower issue), and made the repair the same day. Invoicing was a breeze and we could use Apple Pay which was very convenient.

Matt and the team did an incredible job replacing our old system. Really impressed with their knowledge and service! They made it very easy to choose a new system and then replaced it PDQ! I love that they offered an option to finance. I would highly recommend them for AC service, repair or replacements.

Sean was so so great. I’ve been having recurring problems with my 5 year old air conditioner and had two companies suggest replacement, without explaining why or even diagnosing the problem. It didn’t sit right with me. Sean not only took the time to actually diagnose what he believes my problem is, but showed me and explained in terms I could understand. I felt so comfortable and in good hands. First time I’ve felt respected and not taken advantage of by an ac company. So glad I called ingenuity!
