Update: Recently had a new system installed by Ingenuity. They were very patient with all my questions and extremely helpful in explaining the system. Would highly recommend as I have in the past!

Kurt was no nonsense. Salesman walk this through all the Options not pushing the top in the best pushing what is needed for our home. Always available for questions helped us program our touchpad and walk us through all the paperwork for rebates. Would highly recommend this company in the salesman.Kurt was a straightforward and knowledgeable salesman. During our home improvement consultation, we thoroughly reviewed all the available options without pressuring us into making a hasty decision. Instead, Kurt prioritized what was truly essential for our needs. Additionally, Kurt was always available to answer our questions, which greatly facilitated our understanding of the touchpad programming and the rebate process. I highly recommend this company and its salesman.

Great service!! Ingenuity was awesome after having a bad experience with another company that I have their service plan. I spoke with Ingenuity on Monday at 3:30 pm and they came out TODAY! Compressor was replaced and house was back cool again! Chris was great and knowledgeable. He made sure that it was indeed the compressor that needed replacement. My window time was 9-10 and he was there on time waiting for me. If you need AC repaired or installed this is the go to company.

This company is definitely one of a kind. They treat you like family and not just a customer. They are real with you and get the job done. Will definitely refer them to others!!!!

I own a home that’s only a few years old, but unfortunately, the AC system that was installed just isn’t big enough for the size of the house. Because of that, we’ve been dealing with constant issues. I decided to call Ingenuity Air, and that’s when I had a consultation with Kurt. From the start, Kurt was incredibly honest and explained everything in a way I could understand. There was absolutely no pressure—just clear, straightforward answers to what felt like a million questions from me. He was patient, never pushy, and really made me feel confident about moving forward with this company.

Terry was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Scheduling appointment was very easy and staff very responsive. Technician was detailed in explanation of issue and option for repairs, along with recommendation. Answered all questions/ concerns. Very polite and courteous. Second technician arrive on time, very polite and explained everything, along with pictures, of what steps being taken and recommendations. excellent experience across the board! would definitely recommend!

Ingenuity Air has been a pleasure to work with. They installed two new units for us 2 years ago at a competitive price. The installation process was a good experience with prompt techs. When one of our units had an issue recently, we were able to schedule service quickly, which was great. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to get an OEM part to install within a matter of days. Responsiveness and scheduling with Katie has always been prompt and convenient. If you’re considering using Ingenuity, don’t hesitate. You’ll be pleased with the level of service and the product!

I called for an estimate air duct replacement a month ago and they came looked it over but never got back with estimate.

A young lady by the name of Kimberly answered the phone. She was not particularly pleasant or inviting. Had zero knowledge of the company she works for, had to keep putting me on hold to get the answers to my questions. Then informed that they do not install new Air Duct systems, yet their name is True Air Duct Installations and Ventilations. And when I asked her that she hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I highly recommend Lukas Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. They are very prompt, do outstanding work and outstanding customer service at a very fair price . Could not be happier with their service!
