5 star rating for Justin! We had an obscure thermostat problem with our Lennox system and Justin was able to sort it out with some interaction with Lennox tech support. Very pleased with the service and result.

Southern air was incredibly responsive. Had somebody out the same day when we still had questions. They were made customer service the priority. They came back out for us. Their technician Justin was amazing. Took the time to explain things in our new home and how to properly maintain our air conditioning unit southern air is a wonderful company to do service with. Not sure why, but technician was an hour late. That being said, Jamar did an excellent job on the first maintenance call. He was very thorough and explained concisely everything that he did. A/C/Heating unit runs well and I believe this company is top notch. Took one star off for lateness.

Not only did we get a great technician, we got great customer service! We called,and got an appointment the very next day. The technician was prompt,and courteous, and didnt take all day to diagnose our issues! Overall- completely satisfied. Highly reccomend

Southern Air is phenomenal! They installed a brand new AC unit and a new air handler for us- they were prompt, efficient, and thorough. The techs disposed of our old equipment, and left our home in pristine condition. When we had an issue related to a power outage once, and they sent a tech out to us within 30 minutes of our call. They offer 10 year warranty options and an annual program, where they will perform all maintenance, even filter changes. I could not be happier with their services, and I enjoy never having to think about the AC! They are the best in Putnam county.

Jamar checked the air handler as it was making a strange noise. He said it most likely was doing that because the air filter was very dirty. I changed the filter last night & we could not hear it anymore. While he was here, he checked the system out & all was running ok!

Justin was pleasant as usual and cleaned my A/C inside and outdoors. He always removes
wrappers from filters and takes dirty filter with him. He is careful of my floor and furniture.

Very professional and kind. Sucks that we need a new unit and it's going to cost 10k. Had over half a million dollars in hospital bills and my credit isn't great. Denied for the loan even with 5k down. Southern Air was great however.

Expert service> Tech was very knowledgeable quick clean working in house. Randy also found a potential problem, ordered part, returned next day installed it. as a past hvacr tech for 50 plus years, I know and appreciate good service. Southern Air has always been Fast fair and have the best competent techs over many years since you installed my unit over 8 years ago and have had very few problems with my A/C unit, That is why i will continue to be a customer. As the saying goes when you have the best you dont need the rest.

Excellent service! Jamal was prompt and very informative. He went the extra mile as well..noticing my outside dryer vent was clogged he cleaned it for me. Price for heating repair was very reasonable. Overall a great experience.. I will recommend!
