Chaz the technician who serviced our Thermador dishwasher was the real deal. He knew what he was doing and fixed our equipment. Two other service companies sent people who did NOT know the equipment and were unable to solve the problem.

First technician they sent was awesome. His name was Joe. I was sent Jared today. He pulled up parked in my driveway (they are not supposed to do that). I asked him to move and he did. He was supposed to be out to to replace/evaluate a burner for my GE profile. This was bought brand new from them in April of this year. Within six months the same burner went out. I asked him if he brought any equipment with him to replace the warranty burner. I was told today was just to see what’s going on and he can’t be expected to carry parts with him. I told him I called the office weeks in advance to let them know it was just the same burner again. I asked a few questions about this process. The tone of this guys response was completely condescending, and he could care less. He called me “bro” in the process. I’m not a bro. This dude was told to get out of my !!!!!!! house. He was completely unprofessional which pissed me off as I have spent $600 to replace a burner that was a supposedly “new” replacement directly from GE. I have to take timeout of work to get stuff done and here goes another other day off needed to get the part in and replaced. Don’t send unprofessional people to represent your company Mr. Appliance of Stuart.

We had Jared repair our washing machine. I don't typically leave reviews but it was probably the best appliance service experience we've ever had. No exaggeration. Thanks, Jared, especially for your kindness towards my elderly mother.

The company was polite and fast. The repair man was able to estimate and then come back and repair in just three days. He was neat and polite and I felt very comfortable having him back. I am so grateful to have my appliances working again.

Very professional company. Next day service. Texted me the appt. time the night before with a photo and name of the service technician. He diagnosed the problem right away (and it was not all the things the guy from the other company said it was). He had the needed parts on his truck and changed them out super quick. Ron was very personable and knowledgeable.
Much more reasonable pricing too!
Definitely call these people first if you need appliance repair!

My wife and I recently scheduled a service call from Mr. Appliance. IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. The tech, Chas, was a true professional. Scheduling was a breeze and we received a text message with a time slot and the name and photo of who to expect. Chas was running early and called to see if it was ok to come right away. When he arrived he quickly set to work. Unfortunately, a repair was not feasible due to the age of our appliances and the nature of the issues. Chas explained the situation and did a great job helping us understand the factors we should consider when deciding to repair and selecting replacement appliances. We will call Mr. Appliance again in the future if we have a need. Thank you Chas and Nicole!

What was a stressful situation was turned around with ease. My oven went out the week before my holiday cookie party and exchange. I called Mr. Appliance and they had a friendly, knowledgeable technician to my home the same day! He immediately found the issue and even had the part on his truck. Thank you so much for making it all so easy and FAST. I will continue to use and refer you for all my home appliance repairs.

Chas did a great job fixing a complicated warranty issue on my Thermador microwave. He really knew what he was doing. He is not a parts changer.

Call someone else!!! And be sure to check the Better Business Bureau for reviews. Mr. Appliance of Stuart is a complete waste of money and time - they do not honor their warranty, and upon asking for them to do so, they will stop responding to calls and emails. You’re better off replacing whatever is broken rather than waste your time here…

You know who I am. We had multiple calls and emails, and you accused me of trying to blame you for not fixing a device that was already broken - which makes no sense as you are a repair company. You are literally in the business of repairing broken equipment (supposedly). But, ultimately, I had to buy a brand new device AND had to pay you for three visits of which you refused to refund despite your guarantees.

The least I can do is help others like me to find an honest and capable company rather than waste hard earned money.

Excellent service! Communication prior to appointment was fantastic as well. Chas (tech) really knows his stuff! Diagnosed problems, replaced parts faster than lightening! Really happy to have found them! Highly recommend, 2 thumbs up! :-)

Excellent repair service. I've used them for multiple fridge/ freezer repairs. The repair tech was the same person each time and is extremely experienced and skilled diagnosing the problem and making the repair at a reasonable cost. Definitly recommend them.

We needed new brackets for the top shelf of our dishwasher. Mr. Appliance was very responsive, ordered parts and we had stainless steel instead of cheap plastic. Chas was efficient and knowledgeable and had the job done in no time.

The Technician arrived on time, diagnosed the error in a few minutes, and returned two days later with the required parts, making the needed repairs in less than 10 minutes. Technican was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. We are very pleased with their service provided, and would highly recommend them.

When my washing machine had issues, I looked up appliance repair in my area. I called Mr Appliance and was able to get an appointment for the following day. I was informed about the window of time, as well as a photo of my technician. The technician was friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and said that he would came back in 2 days. He returned and replaced the part and checked to make sure it was working properly.
I couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and highly recommend Mr Appliance!

Never again. Was quoted $850 to fix dishwasher and washing machine, which I thought was very high in the first place. Ended up paying $1,015. Took over 3 weeks to fix the washing machine. Nobody communicated with me when they were coming out (here 4 times) until the night before. After making 2 payments with my credit card, I was told on the last payment I could avoid the credit card 3% fee by writing a check. I would have done that from the get go had I known. Avoid!

In this day & age its hard to find quality Professional Businesses. This was my first experience with Mr Appliance and l was thoroughly impressed!! They were Honest, Reliable, Reasonable & kept me informed during this entire process!! The Technician Jared was extremely Honest, Professional, Respectful & Knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything to me and explained what & how it how it broke. He didn't rush to get the job done! (Unlike others!) He was very methodical & Respectful of my property & belongings while repairing my double oven. He knew exactly what was broken; and ordered the correct parts the 1st time ( unlike others that I have used.) He didn't try to sell me unnecessary parts (unlike others) Jared is a true professional asset to your business & should be the example that other Technicians are judged bye. Once again l can't say ENOUGH Nice things about this experience & I look forward to doing business with them again in the future for any of my household appliances. Thank you again, for a thoroughly positive experience!!

I was pleasantly surprised of the quickness and efficiency done by this company Mr. Appliance. Jared was the technician who worked on my dishwasher and he was great. He was more than great. He is very professional, very knowledgeable and caring of my concerns. He taught me many different things about my dishwasher that I was not aware of. He answered all my questions and never blinked an eye if they were simple questions. I give Jared a 10 in my book. I definitely will recommend this company to anyone and I will definitely use them in the future.
