    First technician they sent was awesome. His name was Joe. I was sent Jared today. He pulled up parked in my driveway (they are not supposed to do that). I asked him to move and he did. He was supposed to be out to to replace/evaluate a burner for my GE profile. This was bought brand new from them in April of this year. Within six months the same burner went out. I asked him if he brought any equipment with him to replace the warranty burner. I was told today was just to see what’s going on and he can’t be expected to carry parts with him. I told him I called the office weeks in advance to let them know it was just the same burner again. I asked a few questions about this process. The tone of this guys response was completely condescending, and he could care less. He called me “bro” in the process. I’m not a bro. This dude was told to get out of my !!!!!!! house. He was completely unprofessional which pissed me off as I have spent $600 to replace a burner that was a supposedly “new” replacement directly from GE. I have to take timeout of work to get stuff done and here goes another other day off needed to get the part in and replaced. Don’t send unprofessional people to represent your company Mr. Appliance of Stuart.

    Very professional company. Next day service. Texted me the appt. time the night before with a photo and name of the service technician. He diagnosed the problem right away (and it was not all the things the guy from the other company said it was). He had the needed parts on his truck and changed them out super quick. Ron was very personable and knowledgeable. Much more reasonable pricing too! Definitely call these people first if you need appliance repair!
