This is now my second time using action repair for my fridge . Nadia to begin with was outstanding! She got everything handled with Samsung very fast and was able to get the parts need and a technician to the house asap. Both technicians were professional friendly and did great work. Very happy with action appliance and would definitely recommend them.

When I called the person knew exactly what I was calling about and how to efficiently get the job done without delay for the refrigerator because they had had dealt with hundreds of them. The repairman came immediately the next day and was done in about an hour. Knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate about this issue made this repair so easy. They are top notch!

Great experience and customer service! Never great to lose an appliance at the start of a long holiday weekend, but this company made it as pleasant an experience as possible getting us on the schedule. They were very timely, responsive, and as nice as could be. Had parts on truck, service was quick and professional (Fred took his shoes off before coming in our house, and rearranged his vehicle in driveway to get us all in). Would recommend and would call them again when we have future appliance repair needs. Thank you!
