Dave was wonderful! He was informative, honest and reasonable! I definitely will be using Dave again in the future! He did my air ducts, vents and dryer vents! He even helped me figure out a way to install a filter better than what we had done before, since for some reason my air duct didn't have a proper place for a filter and therefore the filter was not working properly to filter the air in the house! Super nice guy and I highly suggest him for your air duct and dryer vent needs! Attached are some before and after photos of one of my air vents! He was tidy and clean with his work too, very thorough!

Our dryer quit because the vent was completely clogged. Dave from Vent Pros diagnosed it quickly and cleared it on the spot. As rookie homeowners, we didn’t know vents need yearly cleaning. He also shared practical air-duct tips for allergy relief. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional. Definitely recommend Vent Pros!

I hired Mark two years ago and he always comes with a smile and he’s one of the hardest workers. He’s very detailed in the way he takes care of my pool and I’m very pleased.

I contacted Brad after we came home from vacation to a "green" pool. Within an hour Brand was out and determined our pump was bad. Unfortunately he wasn't an "authorized" warranty provider for our specific brand, but he took the time to walk me through the exact steps I needed to get my situation fixed. Throughout the day he would periodically check in to make sure everything was going ok. He did all this out of customer service, and I'm not even a customer really. If you're looking for repair or maintenance I would HIGHLY recommend Brad. It's not often you find someone with customer service skills of Brad's level.

Our pool was having problems with water pressure and circulation from a clog in the pool pump impeller. We called another pool service through our home warranty and they unsuccessfully resolved the problem. I then called Brad at Pool Specialists, Inc and he returned my call within one hour. He came to our home the same day and quickly resolved the issue. I found him to be extremely polite, professional and efficient in his work. We will continue to use his services in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone for their pool needs.

I have been using the Pool Specialists for 2 years now. I am very happy with their regular maintenance of my pool. My pool always looks lovely. They have also been very responsive to my special requests & any problems I've had. It seems like if a part in my system breaks it's always on the weekend. Brad returns phone calls & texts regardless of the day of the week. He's even made emergency house calls after hours. I highly recommend this company.

I called several service companies in my area trying to find out what they know about a specific brand of salt chlorine generator, I had a check system code that I couldn't shut off. Most that I talked with in the area said the system was just probably too old. Brad with Pool Specialists had returned my missed call and we talked about the problem and what I had done so far. He walked me through some system checks and ultimately found the problem.

Brad was able to come out the same day I contacted him. He took time to go over the Salt cell that another company installed but had yet to come out to turn it on. He surprised us by not "up-selling" a pool resurface job as another pool company had done. He will be out tomorrow to help us resolve a pool leak. He diagnosed the problem and explained what needs to be done to address the various issues, he answered all my questions, and promptly answered my text inquiries afterwards, he also follows up by phone and text to check on the pool's condition. Being a selfish woman, i don't often write reviews of professionals who do a spectacular job; I never want them to be too busy to work with me. I just have to tell you what a great job Brad and his company do. i was so excited to have a pool that I was making arrangements for maintenance before we even moved down to Florida. Brad simplified our required maintenance and priced it fairly. We just chose to have our pool deck refinished and it looks gorgeous, if not brand new. Brad works quickly and quietly; often completing his work before we even wake up . We were very lucky to find Pool Specialists!
