We hired The Pool Specialist to restore our twenty year old pool. My husband and I could not be any happier with the end result. So beautiful, so gorgeously done. I myself had searched and called several pool companies prior to hiring Brad’s Co. We had our pool resurfaced, new tiles, all new accessories put on, new pumps put in even a new heater with all new piping installed. Our deck was repainted for the final touch. The job completion was magnificent! It was more beautiful than what we expected.
The tiles that I wanted were not available in this area. Brad went out of his way to locate the tiles somewhere afar and had them delivered within 48 hours. IMPRESSIVE!! The cost came in below the estimate price, the date of completion was completed a few days earlier than contracted. We are so glad in our choice of hiring The Pool Specialist to work on our pool. We definitely were in good hands. We also transferred from chlorinated water to salt water. With new equipments, new pumps installed, Brad was nice enough to let us call him for Pool 101 anytime. Brad did an amazing job fixing my pool. I had several issues that needed to be addressed. One of the issues, two other pool companies came to fix it but couldn’t figure it out. My pool pump motor just started smoking the other day, and needless to say I was pretty panicked. I reached out to Brad who responded very quickly and was at my house within a couple of hours. He fixed it just two days later.

Because he wound up needing a part from his distributor, he had to leave, but returned very quickly to finish the job. I also had them remove a pool heater, and the guys that did it left the area very clean.

Brad remodeled our pool that was in need of some TLC. New tile, coping and refinishing. He completed work timely. Quality was excellent. No complaints.

We just moved into our palm city house on 7/1 and the pool was functional but raggedy. Brad came by to assess everything and gave us all of his recommendations. We followed his guidance and our pool is now absolutely stunning and resort-like. Brad followed through and made sure everyone involved in our project was doing their job. We got a full renovation- resurface, re-tile and re-grout, new pump, new filter and valves, added a heater, fixed up several leaks, converted to salt water, added a waterfall feature and a water slide. Brad quarterbacked it all like Tom Brady. Even after the renovations were all done, Brad has been coaching us on how to maintain everything and keep it tip-top. He genuinely cares that you love your pool and we surely do! His price was very fair and I have already recommended him to anyone who asks. Brad at Pool Specialist is absolutely awesome! He’s super responsive, honest, and never tries to upsell or push unnecessary costs. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his clients. He replaced our pump motor within a day of my call and even came back—at no cost—to check on a surface concern I had about possible staining.

Full pool and deck renovation completed. Erosion issues caused deck cracks. Our pool, pump, and heater were also showing their advanced age and were on their last legs.
