Fantastic experience! My business just moved to a new location and our AC units were showing some major issues. AirOne came out ASAP and got everything fixed and running perfectly. Jeff was so knowledgeable and helped us feel at ease. We got started on a maintenance contract and he already had a plan moving forward without even having left our office yet. Highly recommend!

I normally do not do a lot of online reviews but we had the best experience with AirOne Cooling. We recently had a new AC unit installed, and their level of professionalism was unmatched. From scheduling the appointment, the initial consultation, the incredibly favorable pricing, and installation of the unit itself, I could not have asked for a better experience. These guys worked their tails off to make sure that the new unit was installed correctly and working to perfection. They even checked in several times during the following week to make sure everything was good to go. I would definitely recommend them if you need to buy a new unit or have them work on a previously installed one!

They are reliable and do quality work, but the woman answering the phone (Ashlee?) is insufferable. If you can get past her rudeness, you're good to go.

Air One was able to come out quickly and diagnose our issue. Their pricing was better than other competitors. All of the employees that came to my house were friendly and respectful. They got the job done with excellence and cleaned up after themselves. They showed up on time.
I was pleased with their service and would highly recommend.
