AHS dispatched South Florida Crane and Cooling for the first time for an issue I repeatedly have with my HVAC. Kevin arrived on time, was professional, and was able to not only fix our issue but provide me with clear instructions on how to prevent future issues. No other company we have dealt with has been able to do this. I highly recommend Kevin from SFCandC.

Great !!! The service technician was very courteous explained everything to me. Why the AC shut down he did a wonderful job.

I am responding to a recent review and response from this company. My mother-in-law posted a review of the service of this company. Their response mocked her. I was present when the technician showed up. He was very polite and professional. However his focus was on the furnace, that is natural gas. Our issue was A/C related. Something he did not look into at all. He didn't bring a single tool from his van. There might be a refrigerant leak or a bad compressor. We don't know because he didn't check, citing that he couldn't diagnose any further because his company didn't have the proper license to inspect/ diagnose because of a natural gas line attached to the furnace. Something that isn't related to the root cause. The service call was through American Home Shield which stated a cooling issue. I am curious about the method behind this approach. I have read many great reviews for this company, as well as many terrible reviews citing similar issues. I want to believe this company is genuine towards its customers. However, if this company is not certified for all calls from American Home Shield, why take any calls at all? I am genuinely curious.

Chris was exceptional! Very patient & professional! He thoroughly explained what the problem was with our Air Conditioning & told us in details what needs to be done to address the problem. AVOID, they don't have qualified people, their customer service is pathetic, and messed up the installation of a compressor, had to come 5 times. When I asked them to send me the info for the compressor, the owner hung up on me because he said I had complained. Well, wait until the BBB calls you because I am filing a complaint.

The company was response. My job required two visits. The technicians were extremely competent, very helpful and thoughtful. They even made a small repair that wasn't in the work order. I would easily recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely horrible service. I called 4 times over the course of two days, left voicemails, and NEVER got a call back. When they finally responded it was via text letting me know they would be onsite the 3rd day of me waiting. The tech came out and stated I had a huge crack in my coil and that my ac would need to be replaced. He then completed out the case with AHS with no work/ replacement ever done. I waited two days to hear back from AHS to then be told that the case was completed out. Now I have to wait for AHS to get ahold of this company who NEVER answers the phone or returns voicemails. Horrible service and horrible way to never right a wrong. The girl told me today they knew the tech wrongly closed out cases and never bothered to follow up with me or AHS to correct this. I’ve been waiting with no AC while these guys literally did NOTHING.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY NEGATIVE STARS THEN I WOULD. 👎

The technician, Lavante, was professional, knowledgeable and polite. As far as replacing the compressor on the ac, he did it quickly and without any problems. When that part of the job was complete, I asked about the air handler, he said that he was suppose to replace the drip pan. But the drip pan did not have any leaks. I showed him how water was coming out of the unit. He took pictures, sent them to his boss. He said his boss would decide what should be done to the unit and let me know. He then packed up and left after insuring the new compressor was working well.

We used SF Crane and Cooling through our Home Warranty and Damian did not disappoint. Damian took his time to analyze the issue that we had with the A/C and fixed it. He made his recommendation for our next step and was super friendly and down to earth. If we had the chance to choose SF Crane and Cooling again, we would. He called prior to arriving and was very respectful of our time. I recommend using Damian again.

Shaun the technician was very polite and thorough. He diagnosed quickly and made the repair. Definitely solved the problem. We have American Homeshield home warranty so the company was assigned to the job. Hoping, if we have any other problems in the future we get them again.

Damien, the technician notified me that he was on his way and arrived promptly. He was able to diagnose the problem with my AC and repaired the unit without issue. He was very professional and courteous, and represents your company well! Great job Damien!!

This company was contracted By American Home Shield. A service tech was dispatched to my home who was absolutely awesome. However, I missed this company’s phone call. I have attempted numerous times to get in contact with them! American Home Shield is also unable to get in contact with them via phone or email! You are unable to leave a message because their mailbox is full! As a contractor/ Company this is absolutely ridiculous!! If you don’t want to do the contract, have the common decency to call American Home Shield and cancel your contract with them. Yes, I have filed a complaint with the BBB!

We had an issue with our fairly new, still under 1-year warranty A/C unit. South FL Crane & Cooling quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered a new compressor. It took some time to arrive, longer than I expected (not the company's fault). When the part arrived, they replaced it and we are all good. As an aside, their staff are quite easy to work with.

South Florida Crane and Cooling made the experience very smooth from diagnosis to installation to follow up. They gave me good options and I was able to replace my AC that can hopefully last for another 7-8 years here in South Florida. They quickly attended to a follow up where the AC was loud and they were able to adjust the fan speed. All staff and customer service folks were very courteous. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for good service for their AC.

Today Kishawn (Tech) arrived for my scheduled appointment early and greeted me with a smile and great positive attitude. Kishawn took a look at the unit and discovered the issue with the unit. I can not say enough good things about Kishawn and his professionalism. I would definitely recommend this tech and company.

American Home Shield had scheduled this company to take care of my AC between 11 AM to 2 PM. I waited until 2 PM and called them. The person who answered the phone said "he was running late because he had a few jobs to take care of ." I told him that I had been waiting until now and nobody had showed up. He was very rude and told me that I had been disrespectful. However, he said he would "take care" of it, but I received an e-mail and a text that this appointment had been cancelled without any reasons what so ever. I do not recommend this company.

Extremely unprofessional. Sent the dispatcher outside my scheduled time. Then when I called they said I have to wait till tomorrow. Tomorrow came and an unprofessional guy came turn off the AC so the ice could melt and left without saying anything. When I called to inquire about when he's coming back to fix the problem he said "I don't know and he called the office but no answer. I called the office a couple times no answer either. The next day I call the office and finally got through and Jada said I'm not on their schedule today (Thursday) and that she would have to put an appointment for the next day (Friday). I was shocked and couldn't believe it especially since the house has been without AC for 2 days now (4 kids in the house). Then Jada said I'll have someone go to your house to fix the AC after 5pm (Thursday). No one showed up or call. I then called wondering what's going on but no answer. The next day (Friday) around 2pm Damien who claimed to be the owner of the company said so, what's going on? I said this horrible service and he said then I'll call "American Home Shields" to let them know. After work in my way home, I called and Damien answered I asked if someone is at my house fixing the AC and he said "you said you were not satisfied so I cancel the contract"
Meanwhile my house the AC at my house has been off for 3 days now since they said not to turn it back on so that the ice could melt.

Totally love Air One . They know their stuff and are dependable, and honest .Jeff, the owner came to my home at 8pm to check on work that had been done to make sure I had air conditioning.Highly recommend !!!!

He and Ashlee are on top of it and will help you as quickly as they humanly can! It was the best home related customer service experience ever!

Jeff and his team recommended a coil cleaning at a previous maintenance visit. They came out on request during a cool front and following my coil cleaning, my system which is 16 years old, started working perfectly again! So thankful for their efforts!
