I had three different quotes to install a new A/C unit in my home in Palm City, FL. While Honest Air's quote was not the lowest, they were the only company that showed up on time and the in-home inspection and information provided to me on the conditions of my present system to include the duct work was outstanding Gene Cardosi took his time and answered all my questions about the systems that would meet or exceed my needs. The day of install went very smooth and the three technicians doing the install were extremely professional and showed proud in their work. They did not stop till the system was installed and running to my expectations. While the system has only been installed for 7 days it has worked flawless. Gene followed through throughout the install to make sure I had no concerns and happy with the system. It is a pleasure this day and time to feel good about a company that you invest so much money with.

Honest Air is the best! Jason, who was very professional and courteous, came checked out my a/c system. He also looked at my flex duct under my home and it was deteriorating, which caused issues in the efficiency of my unit and gave quotes to replace the flex ducting.

Ronnie did an excellent job performing my 6 month maintenance. He was very professional and personable throughout the entire process. This has also been true for other technicians from Honest Air. The customer service team and service manager are also top notch and very responsive. I would highly recommend them!

Honest Air installed a Lennox system in my home in 2020 with a 10-year warranty. After another HVAC company found a bad evaporator coil, I called Honest Air simply to ask what their labor cost would be to replace a warranty part on a system they installed.

I was told they charge a service fee just to give a quote and that they “don’t do quotes over the phone.” At first they even claimed they didn’t install the system until I told them I had the invoice.

Then I was told the part wasn’t under warranty because I’m not the original homeowner. That didn’t sound right, so I called Lennox directly. Lennox confirmed the unit is in fact still under warranty and that the information I was given was incorrect.

One phone call to another HVAC company and I had the info I needed. They’re now handling the repair.

For a company named Honest Air, the experience felt anything but honest.

Nick was great. He tried EVERYTHING to get my AC operational again. He was extremely thorough and he did a great job explaining the issues to me. I highly recommend Nick and Honest Aur.

Had an entire new Rheem system installed today. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The installers completed the job in 5 hours and it couldn't have came out better! Very professionally done and exceeded my expectations. The price is paid was also great. I wish I had a before pic so I can show what a difference it made and the attention to detail of the air handler in particular. Honest air is the company to use.

I would highly recommend South Florida crane, and cooling company. They were at my house within 24 hours & diagnosed the air conditioner problem. The company gave me several options to resolve the problem. I was very impressed with the service techs they were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I would certainly have them again in servicing my air conditioner!

I only do reviews when they matter (good or bad)! They're a Great Local Company with a Superb Staff. They were able to fit me in on a fairly short notice - in spite of their busy schedule - just in time for four guests arriving for a week's stay!

The tech arrived promptly and was amazing (professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, etc.). The previous owners had three cats so we've been cleaning up cat hair on a daily basis - I wish we would have called them a year ago! Don't wait; call them TODAY - Rick H. (Palm City)

We have worked with the team from South Florida Crane including service and New A/C install. Their professionalism and response is impeccable. We will use them for our 2nd AC install and all service. 1 aspect that sets them apart is that you can always reach the owner and staff. They are prompt in all areas. Their staff have been with them for years which tells you a lot about the owner!

South FL Crane and Cooling is an excellent company. They responded quickly, was reasonably priced, and gave us excellent service. They installed a new AC unit was did an excellent job! The staff was also great. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with South Florida Crane and Cooling. The technician diagnosed the issue with our A/C unit, and provided several clear alternatives to help us make the best decision regarding the repair or replacement of our system. Additionally, they arrived within the timeframes they promised.

We had a problem with our system and Damien was quick to respond and identify the cause of the issues we were having. He offered us several options as to the best way to resolve our problem with various pricing options. Once we decided on the option Damien was quick to schedule the installation of our new unit, and keep us posted on the shipping of the new unit. Robert, the installer was knowledgeable and neat. The company has a nice system to advise you of your appointments and they are on time. Our New York A/C system is so efficient and quiet and we love the Halo and UV light keeping our allergies in check.

The technician did not even look at the air conditioner he told us he was not licensed to work on a air conditioner that was attached to a gas furnace and left. He did not close out his report. This was on Saturday we called AHS on Saturday they have been trying to get the report closed out since. It is now Monday still no results.

Great company and the technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They asked me few questions, checked the AC unit and determined right away what the issue was with the unit. They not only fixed the problem they serviced every thing. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!!
