We were very pleased having our air conditioner replaced with Treasure Coast Air Conditioning. Not only did they do a great job replacing our system. They were very descriptive of what they were going to do, they were on time for their estimate, on time for their install and kept us updated through the entire process. Thank you for a great service.

John came out and as usual he was fantastic. He took his time cleaning our a/c system for our 6 month check up. He also loves our dog and that means a lot to us since our Frankie is our little boy.

I was disappointed with needing to pay for a visit diagnostic. One week ago, a tech visited to perform regular maintenance and clear drain lines. The tech told me that if I observed water draining from the emegency pan line, I should contact for service. Since it was one week, I thought it might be covered under service warranty since the drain line seemed to have not been properly cleared. However, the tech that visited today stated that because notes from the previous visit stated that he suggested a flush / cleanse on the drain, I would be charged for the visit today. Problem being that the previous tech did not suggest anything regarding further action on the drain lines. I thought I was good to go. He did mention the electrical components on the condensor but nothing about enhanced drain maintenance.

Ended up needing a new system and the estimator knocked the cost of the previous visit off the cost of install, so was pleased about that. Installers were great. Needed a follow up visit to take care of some minor electrical issues with a breaker. No big deal. Nick visited and was very thorough to assess proper voltages, float switch, etc. Very pleased with service and system! Have recommended to neighbor.

Everyone I have interacted with at Honest Air has been exceptional. I have been using their service for over 10 years. Always polite, knowledgeable and professional. I had an install today and it went perfectly!

Nick was an amazing tech. Gave me pointers on how to prevent the same issue from occurring in the future. Had a major issue with the unit draining on a newer system installed 3 years ago in by another company. Nick said that it was nothing they did wrong in fact they did an amazing job with the install (anyone who doesn’t talk poorly about a competitor says something)When the company did not respond to my calls I reached out to Honest air. We had nick at our house in less than two hours during peak ac season. Pretty impressive. Everyone I talked to here was amazing from the office to tech. Would recommend honest air to anyone

Unit installed by you 4 years ago has had something wrong with its operation from the start.
Every maintenance I’m told I need to pay for something to keep it running. Today it was the capacitor which is the oldest trick in the HVAC industry. A $13 part with $250 labor. I don’t think Honest air is living up to its name. Just my gut feeling.

They were up front, quick, friendly and reasonably priced. Jason did a great job.

Absolutely the best A/C company and contractor I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. The bid was Honest and the technicians did a fabulous job. Further our A/C failed before the installation day and they came out on a weekend and installed a spare motor they had at no cost. Would recommend to everyone!

I would have given a higher rating if I had the option, however I m limited to five stars.

Nick came out this morning and he was fantastic. I am a former custom home builder and Nick really covered all of the bases, much more so than anyone HVAC person I've dealt with in the past. Honest Air comes highly recommended by Lennox and it is clear why. We were not rushed, the work performed was perfect AND Nick went beyond what you would get from others.

I seldom give Five Stars but in this case it is warranted.

Service tech was a nice guy but I feel I was over charge for the capacitor that he replaced. It seems that every time they come out for maintenance they find something that needs to be replaced even though they replace the whole system not that long ago.

I was very thankful to have someone extremely highly knowledgeable on what they were doing Mr.David is the best. I do customer service myself for 20 years . The opportunity to meet a technician such as Mr. David eases the mind frame . Respectful and courteous goes a million miles definitely for a company. Mr. David an incredible asset to your company. I am hopeful within another 6 months I'll be able to see Mr. David again for the checkup/ cleaning . I had a great experience. They were very prompt and were able to do a diagnostic the same day I called. The repairs were completed shortly after. Their team is friendly and professional. Excellent service, I've recommended them to a number of people and they switched to honest air and are very happy as well. They honored the contract and I paid nothing for the part or the repair and they were here for over 3 hours. Nice to see a company that still honors their word
