Palm City Palms did us a fantastic job. Sue created a custom plan that was different than all the others. Brooke worked with us to adjust to “please the HOA” and the PCP team first and foremost worked safely and involved us from start to finish on the install. Unique palms that builders and other companies didn’t offer us and install took only two days. Five Star operation and I would use them all over again.

One of the best Nurseries I’ve ever been to, the staff and owner are all very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. And the prices are very reasonable, this was my first purchase, and they’ve absolutely made a customer for life. I would recommend them to anyone looking for plants.

Wanted some palms for Palm Sunday at our church and they were such great help. The owner Susan was so kind and generous to donate some palm branches to help us with our decorations.
Her other staff were so kind and friendly. Shout out to Mandy who showed us around so that we could find the perfect type palm for our needs.

Susan was a nasty person and her attitude and demeanor was anything other trying to satisfy a client. After time with her on the golf cart and her being super nice and approachable her personality changed like a schizophrenic does. Sorry we ever purchased anything from there, beware if you have a an issue with your purchase. We will never go back.

Customer service is outstanding. Five or six people, maybe more, asked me if I needed help while I was there. Very knowledgeable staff, healthy plants and cheaper than most places around. Heartily and enthusiastically recommend.

I’ve purchased many plants from here and have always been happy but recently bought 20 Panama roses of which, 6 dried out before I could plant them. I watered twice daily and they didn’t respond. I called them and they refused to do anything to help! I’ve literally spent thousands of dollars and they wouldn’t help with $100 of plants. I won’t ever go back!

We visited several nurseries before choosing Palm City Palms. Their selection was SUPERIOR to any we had seen. Susan and Brooke paid a visit to our home to assess our needs. Jason and Peno oversaw the installation. The price was reasonable and the advice displayed an unmatched expertise in landscape design. I thoroughly recommend this company!!!

What an unbelievable experience. My husband and I are new to Florida and went there to buy some plants. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We spent roughly two hours there and the owner, Susan even showed us her personal garden and took us on a tour of her huge property. She has a real passion for what she does and we’ve booked a consultation with her. Amazing experience and we are customers for life!

We recently lost our beloved dog, Boscoe, and I wanted to plant a tree in his memory. I wasn’t sure how to go about it, but Susan, the owner of Palm City Palms, was incredibly kind and compassionate. She drove me through the entire property to help find the perfect tree to honor our sweet boy. I thought it might be a strange request, but she assured me that many people do the same—and that comforted me more than she knows.

Susan and her team educated me on different shade trees and helped me choose the beautiful Shady Lady. She even took the time to drive me through the property and show me one that had been planted three years ago, so I could see what it would grow into over time.

We’ve used Palm City Palms in the past, and I was so touched that they remembered me and all the details of our property. Her team carefully loaded the (very large!) tree into my truck, and Susan even provided a stake and strap to ensure it would grow straight and strong.

Best overall pricing and service. I needed mulch around our lanai in Valencia Parc. I also needed trees to block the view of our Spa in the lanai. I was going to get Calusia bushes but they recommended another tree like a pine tree that thrives in Florida. They gave me an estimate and when they did the job it was actually less than the estimate. Very friendly staff. I will always use them for any landscaping in the future.

We heard good things and were optimistic about Susan visiting our home to create a plan that we paid for in advance. Unfortunately, she did not incorporate the 4 components we requested, instead made recommendations that were not going to accomplish our goals, and added items that we specifically said we did not require. They were going to charge double for an area that was going to ripped up anyway and then replaced. This was especially disappointing since we have had only positive experiences with all the other subcontractors and vendors who have helped us with our new home. As a result, we have taken a different direction for our landscaping.

We recently visited Palm City Palms in search of a specific type of palm tree. After speaking with their knowledgeable staff, they explained that the palm we originally wanted wouldn't be the best fit for Florida's climate and recommended a better option that would thrive here. Their expertise and friendly guidance made the experience wonderful.

We ended up purchasing the recommended tree that same day and scheduled installation for the following week. The planting crew was fantastic! They arrived on time, had the tree perfectly planted in less than an hour, and paid incredible attention to detail to ensure it was centered just right in the space we wanted.

Fantastic experience all around!! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Easy and efficient process from ordering to completion and payment. Chris and the team arrived early and did a wonderful job installing palms, cocoplums, and mulch. Greatly appreciate his advice on other landscaping too. Will definitely be a customer for life!

We could not be more pleased. We met with Brooke several times. She was very helpful and listened to understand exactly what we were hoping to achieve. The nursery has an amazing variety of plants to choose from. Susan came to the house and made great suggestions and drew up a beautiful proposal needed for our HOA. The staff were fantastic during installation. I wanted to make a few changes and they too listened and made sure we were happy. Brooke came out on day two and brought a few extra plants too. They completed the project and she was spot on. We love the outcome!!! It’s not only beautiful, it gives us the needed privacy we were lacking. We now have beautiful plants and trees to look at through our windows!! 😍
