I called to setup an appointment for an estimate and they asked for $175 just to come out or an annual service subscription.

Scheduled an appointment for a four hour window for them to arrive, after they didnt call or reach out 30 after they were suppose to be here I called them, I guess it was the owner told me he would see why they werent here yet and he would call me back. it is 3 1/2 hours after the set appointment and no phone call no show..I waited all day for them to arrive and no one had the decency to call me and say we cant make it or what ever..They are not very professional, yes they set my appointment up with them in 6 minutes. I will go with someone else that knows how to treat their customers. I gave them one start for scheduling an appointment with me.

If I could give this company a negative star I would. Do not trust this company unless you want to be ripped off. Avoid at all costs! I will be filing a fraud report with FTC and submitting a police report for fraud.

I called Joe Saturday and he came out an hour or so after to look at my electrical issues. He came with a packet in hand which had copies of his certificates, insurances, license and references. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I would recommend him for any and all electrical needs!

Joe showed up on time. We reviewed the work to be done and he provided the price up front. The team worked quickly and did exactly the work that was described. They did a nice job of keep the mess contained and cleaned up afterwards. This was a relatively small job, but what took them a few hours would have taken me all day, so it was money well spent. Well suddenly I found myself looking for a professional electrician. I called about 3 different electricians and Joe was the first one to show up. The others were a no show. We had him upgrade our panel and install recessed lighting in our great room. He and his helper were very professional, very friendly, left little mess, and the price was reasonable. For sure, going forward these will be my go to guys for any electrical stuff needed at my home!

I hired Apex Electrical LLC a few years ago and contacted them again a couple of months ago to added some pot lights and an exterior outlet for my home. small project but was done very professionally. I recently referred them to a friend that needs her home removed from all knob and tube wiring and full rewiring.

Jeff was very pleasant to work with, and thoroughly answered all our questions. We had a lot of projects, including replacing outlets and switches, installing the electrical needed for a hot tub, and replacing outdoor light fixtures. Jeff and his crew finished the work sooner than anticipated, and the finished product looks great. They arranged the needed electrical inspection, which passed with no issue. We were very impressed, and plan to use them again for future electrical needs.

Jeff was excellent. I needed an electrical inspection and quote for some work on a home I had under contract and he scheduled a next day appointment. He provided a thorough inspection with an accurate quote that came in below 2 other companies I called. Would call Apex Electrical LLC again!

On 11.28.23 I called to have an electrical plug repaired. The address for Apex showed them to be three miles from my house I was told the service call would be $199 but they were running a special for $179 which included a annual maintenance contract. What I didn't know is that this was for an out of state company called Premium Home Service who charged me the $179 plus 13% sales tax for a total of $202.27 (there is no area in Fl that is 13%) A few hours later a young man walked on to my property, no company vehicle, no uniform and no tool box. He told me he was from Apex so I let him continue. After one hour he fixed my problem and had me make out a check to HIM for $300. This call cost me a total of over $500. I called Apex and I m still waiting for their service manager to call me back. I also called Premium, talked to two different people and they were going to have someone call me back, I have not heard from either party. I wish I never hired them and I would caution anyone to do the same. NOT an upfront company and poor business practices!!

If I could give it less than one star, I WOULD! Scheduling the appointment was so easy. They billed me $99 for the service call and the technician was "scheduled" to be at our house 2 hours later......no show, no call. We were very kind and patient. I waited 2 hours to call to make sure everything was ok with the electrician. Rescheduled 1-4 pm. NO SHOW, NO CALL. Called after 4 pm and the owner was supposed to call to find a pathway forward. NO CALL. Called in the morning. All apologies. They said they would call back with a new appointment time in "10 minutes." I called three hours later. And, they said they scheduled it for 10 am-1 pm. NO SHOW, NO CALL. Then, it went into calling for info, "we will call you back in 10 minutes" X 4! THEY NEVER CALLED. We asked for them to return the money by the final call and they had the audacity to argue! Not only did they take the $99 service fee...they took it TWICE! Eventually they said they would refund the money. NOT ONE TIME DID THIS COMPANY'S ACTIONS MATCH THEIR WORDS. There is no trust with this company or their employees. I am sorry to say that. I am not happy to write this but it is 100% true. We still don't have the money back.

An hour after posting this review, I got an email "canceling my annual $99 subscription to Premium Home Service." Let's be clear, I did not sign up for an annual subscription to anything. I requested an electrician to replace a pool timer box. That is all and we were lied to and scammed with an annual subscription to a home service company. I really wish I could give negative stars now!
