Dmitrii S came out today and did a wonderful job. A couple of tough items on the punch list I had but he didn’t complain about it and was grateful for the opportunity to serve my family. We had 3 lights switched out and a switch looked at.

DIMI was great. Our park was without power for months from the hurricanes but once we got to the point where we needed an electrician, DIMI was prompt and reasonable. Thank you DIMI for coming through during a very hectic time.

Fred Dimi, partner Roman and crew were extremely professional, thorough and competent with the work they did for us. This included new 240v hookup for hot tub and two complete electrical panel replacements, one with a whole house transfer switch for a generator. Both boxes were professionally labeled and received rave reviews from not only the city inspector who signed off on the permit, but also from a competitor company who came out for possible natural gas hook up for a generator. We would highly recommend using this company.

Hired them for a new ceiling outlet to be install and to fix my guest room ceiling lights which stopped working after I had insulation blown in my attic. This company was very professional and experienced. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, actually better than I expected for the work they had to complete (working in the attic crawl space for a couple hours). I would definitely hire again. I've already referred them to my neighbors. Very satisfied!!

They arrived on time and were very thorough with their investigation, why I did not have electric in part of my home. They were Very courteous and knowledgeable, And their prices are very reasonable I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who has any type of electrical issue in their home.

I would not recommend this organization at all! We set a time and they showed up an hour ahead of time when I told them I would not have staff at the office. They did install the lights that I asked them to however when I made the appointment I also let them know that I needed the light switches identified and fixed for the lights that they were installing since I didn't know which light switches went to the outside lights. They were not able to identify where the lights switch is were or fix that.

There were also significant language barriers to the point where my staff was having to use Google Translate from English to russian. Please don't misunderstand I love diversity and I am multilingual however not being able to communicate with the electricians about electrical work at my office is a significant issue. One of the light switches that they did try and replace the electrical box at the light switch was not big enough for the new light switch I purchased and they left exposed wire hanging out and the new light switch just shoved into the smaller switch box without any protection.

When I tried to address these issues with the person that I set the appointment with he said there were no language barriers. This was simply not true. He also got incredibly upset very quickly and when I asked if we could speak over the phone to talk through our issues he said he would not speak over the phone he would only text because phone calls cannot be verified in his words.

Overall it was an incredibly unprofessional experience and I would not recommend this business.

Fred and his team did such an amazing job on our lighting for the kitchen and stairs. They’re one of the most cleanest workers I’ve had in my home and they work so meticulously. I am more than happy and pleased with the final results of everything, highly highly recommend

Very professional and Olek did a fantastic job installing my Spa and Sauna inside the pool. Will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

They do good work but invoice you before the work is done and they don't communicate well the scope of the work to be performed. I'm sure the language barrier contributes to this. Make sure you get a written itemized list of work to be performed up front, and wait to pay them after the work is complete.

I had a last minute issues when new range arrived and was told couldn’t install because I need a outlet for the plug which I never needed before ( maybe didn’t needed years ago), so I called on DIMI electrical services on Friday and they came on Saturday and installed a outlet for me.
The service was 5 stars from the moment I called, the gentleman name Giovanny was so helpful on the phone and the man that came name Firit(may spell wrong) was the best, he was professional and neat, he set up the new range for me, everything was up to my expectations and more.
I’d highly recommend this company for future need and keeping their numbers for future need.

I contacted 4 different electrical companies to attempt to schedule replacing two outlets & a switch on our kitchen island. Two companies never answered/called back, one couldn't come out until 10 days later, & the other couldn't come out until 6 days later. DIMI Electrical Services, & electrician Dmytro S. in particular, was recommended by our plumber (who I also highly recommend - Tampa's Plumbing Solution). Dmytro S. was very responsive & was able to come out the very next morning (he even showed up early - which was refreshing after dealing with other unprofessional service technicians over the duration of our kitchen renovation). He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable & skilled, completing the job in less than an hour. If we need any future electrical work done, this is the only place I'll be calling, Thank you!

I have been doing a major remodel on my home for 2 years and Ardan Electric has come in and saved the day. They are the main reason we are at the finish line now. Extremely professional and shockingly dedicated to get the job done in a timely manor. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience with Ardan Electric over a two-day job at my place. They upgraded my panel from 100amp to 200amp and moved it from inside the garage to outside, which is way more convenient now. Also, they set up an 80 amp run for my new pool and hooked up a generator. What I really appreciated was that they made sure I had power every day by 5 pm. They worked hard, got everything done on time, and were pretty easy to work with.
