I recently had the pleasure of hiring Premier Rooter Plumbing to address a significant plumbing issue at my home late Sunday night. Water was blocked from draining and it started to come up the pipes and flood my bathroom. Mike was able to determine right away that the toilet seal needed replaced and to locate the clogged pipe with a cool camera attached to the pipe snake.

Apprently a long time ago, an irrigation company had cracked our sewer pipe and attempted to patch it themselves… after years, the roots started to make their way into the pipe, thus clogging the entire house!

From the moment Mike and his assistant arrived, it was clear that they valued customer satisfaction and professionalism. They greeted me with a friendly smile and a handshake. They assessed the damage and explained the repairs without any technical jargon. This level of communication was refreshing and made me feel confident in their expertise.

We scheduled the next day for the pipe repair and they cut the faulty pipe and expertly connected a new pipe. They were in and out in a couple hours. Throughout their work, they took great care to keep the work area tidy, minimizing any disruption to my home.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mike, Eric and Felix at Premier Rooter; Their friendliness and professionalism were above the bar and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. They have certainly earned my trust and future business. Thank you for a job well done!

Mike came out so quickly on a Saturday and fixed our toilet extremely fast. The Airbnb we stayed at didn’t have much cleaning supplies but he took it upon himself to make sure he left the bathroom spotless. Can’t recommend him enough! 👏🏼

The owner of this business is excellent! I was at a store trying to get plumbing supplies to help a young lady and I could not determine what to buy for the repair that was needed. Mike was standing next to me and I noticed he had a work shirt on identifying a plumbing company. I asked him if he could help me with advice and product selection. I needed to reconnect an icemaker line that had been cut, in a reliable way to avoid leakage in the future. He explained how to address the repair correctly and THEN he ushered me to the correct products and showed me the repair product options and suggested the best product. I thanked him and returned to complete the repairs. It was the best product and it easily solved the problem. I recommend him and his business as a great plumbing company to everyone! I had a great experience with Muka from Premier Rooter Plumbing. I called them because I had an emergency situation with a leaking toilet from the shut off valve so there was a lot of water on the floor in the bathroom. I also had an outside water spigot that was damaged and old and leaking in which as you can see in the picture provided, that he repaired. I called Premier Rooter earlier in the day and they fit me in their schedule later on that evening. I was so pleased with their service and professionalism that I had to give them a great review. They also took the time to explain everything in their process every step of the way so that my experience would be seamless. Thank you Premier.

I woke up New Year’s Day with no hot water. I called at just before noon, Mike and Chris were at my house shortly after 1 and worked until after 6PM installing a new water heater.

Absolutely amazing service call! Came to unclog a very difficult whole house clogging and backing up that we dealt with for a few days. Another plumbing company came the first 2 days and couldn’t get the issue resolved. Turns out it was all the way on the city side but Felix and company figured out the issue and were relentless in resolving the clog for the time being. They even replaced another issue they saw while doing the drain issue. Very professional, informative, and friendly (my son had a million questions and wanted to be involved in everything). Thank you fellas for helping us get back to normality. Highly recommend!

Mike Homes, of Elite Plumbing fit me and my neighbors into a full schedule at night to help us figure out why our bathrooms were not functioning well. He spent over 30 minutes with us to discover the problem. He said the rain caused a backup and the manhole cover removed which showed an overload of water. He helped us to discover our management team for our Patio Condominium had contacted the County. They said they were coming that night or the next day to suck up the water so the lines could work and relieve us of the problem.

Mike didn’t charge for his work in finding out the cause of stopped up bathrooms. This was the best experience I have had working with a Plumber. I recommend Mike and his Elite Plumbing company when you need the best company for your plumbing needs.

Had a water pipe leak under a tree. After a leak detection company located the leak, my husband and I prepped the area where Clarence rerouted the pipes. We are very happy with the work that Clarence did. He came on short notice and checked his work before he left. I have been a customer of Elite Plumbing for many years and have always been satisfied with Mike's work but I should say that the company is in good hands with Clarence!

Elite Plumbing Services came to our house yesterday and repaired a recently installed sink faucet that was not operating properly. The two service plumbers were not only efficient, quick and knowledgeable on making the repairs but extremely nice and pleasant during their visit. Therefore, Elite Plumbing Services are our future plumbers.

Elite plumbing is the best! I first called to get a 2nd quote for replacing my water heater. I spoke to the owner Mike. He took time to ask me pertinent question and then actually came out to give me a free quote.Mine was an exceptionally difficult job, because I’m in a condo, and the location of the water heater was in an extremely small space, under my A/C unit. The quote also included replacing the main shut off valve, and extending it so I could have access to shut the water off in case of an emergency. Their quote was reasonable considering the amount of difficult work that was required, to complete the installation.
We agreed on a scheduled day, and plumber Clarance and his assistant Angelo arrived promptly. They went right to work, and were completely focused on doing a terrific job in a very timely manner. Clarance is an excellent plumber. He’s fast, confident and very detail oriented in his work. I am so glad I’ve found a local, family owned plumbing company I can count on for prompt and efficient service. They truly care about their customers and are there when we need them. They are now MY new plumbers, and I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. You won’t be sorry.

I called about a couple leaky spigots and Angelo showed up the same day and fixed both within about an hour. I’m very happy with the job he did, and I’d recommend Elite for all your plumbing needs.

Called about a problem with my garbage disposal and they came out the next day and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Been using Elite with all my plumbing issues since I moved here 13 years ago. They are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional in everything they do. Top notch in my opinion.

My husband and I found a leak in the garage and we thought it was the water heater. I then contacted elite plumbing and talked with Michael and we discussed what was going on in the garage. I was convinced it was the water heater and then it needed to be repaired. Michael then explained to me how water heaters work and if it was a leak coming from there what that would look like. It was this point that I decided to contact the specialist that I had already used and we found the leak. I contacted Michael again and he came out and repaired the pipe that was broken that led to the water softener. he was very accommodating, polite, and helpful through the whole process. Talking with him he could’ve easily sold me an unnecessary water heater that I didn’t need. His honesty and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. They were also able to come out that very next day and stop the leak . Both my husband and I are very grateful and appreciative of all their help and highly recommend their services.
