Great service! We had a water leak that required the plumber to first figure out where it was coming from, then fix it. They worked tirelessly until 9pm to get the job done. Very grateful.

Emergency call very quick response and kept the tenant involved in the process. Made some very good suggestions to avoid future problems. Great customer service.

Two days ago we experienced a very strange situation with our drains. They come and fix the main drain line where they found roots. Great service especially showing with camera what is going on. I don’t know how to thank them for the outstanding customer service and workmanship!

Mike was prompt in responding to our requests. He was quick in diagnosing the issues and came back the next day per our request to fix the issues. He was professional and a hard worker. We’d hire him again!

Felix and Mike made very quick work of the leak that sprung up in my main water line. Due to the water line being pressed against the breaker box and causing sparks to fly when it leaked, they welded the new pipe into a custom shape around my breaker box so that it could be safer. Of course, since they left, there were no leaks. Pics of before and after attached.

10 out of 5 stars!! I would love to do business with them again! Hopefully I won’t have to any time soon…but if a need arises, I’ll know I’m in good hands with these two and this company :)

Muka and his son knocked out 4 different plumbing issues on one visit! I'm an investor/land lord and have been a loyal customer for the better part of a decade - I rely on nobody else! Couldn't recommend anyone more... Like a good mechanic, having an honest plumber will save you thousands over time and we are grateful to have Muka fill that role.

Great job and great service. I had a water leak in the concrete slab in the garage. I called around 2pm to ask for help. They showed up at 5pm and stayed until midnight. They completed the whole job, and my house is back to normal. They removed the water heater & flushed it out (it was in the way), detected the leak, jackhammered the concrete slab, repaired the pipe, repaired the concrete, reinstalled the water heater, and reinstalled my washing machine. Excellent work & at a very fair price!

I had several issues to call for and I dreaded calling anyone. What a great experience!! So honest and went above and beyond by far. They even spotted an issue that was plunder warranty with the previous company which they could’ve easily fixed it and charge me for it. I have nothing even slightly negative to say and will be referring them to anyone that has Installations are repairs needed.

Truly premium service; knowledgeable people that do excellent work. I needed a repair on the outside faucet which had years ago been installed wrong and Premier Rooter accomplished the repair, including a soldering job in no time and for a reasonable fee. Last time the same technician spent over an hour fixing my old plumbing under the kitchen sink and was very thorough also. He also replaced my water heater. I truly trust this company and appreciate that they don’t charge a service fee and have very honest and transparent pricing. It’s all written on a pricing sheet.

Mike and son Feliks came out promptly after my dishwasher flooded into my sink. They cleared that issue and I had several other concerns that they addressed and quoted me very fair prices on. I needed to replace a toilet as well and Feliks gave me the correct measurements for a new one and kindly looked over some of my choices to make sure they were good replacements and patiently explained what to look for in choosing a new one. Highly recommend this awesome family business.

I had an awesome experience using Premier. I called them on a Sunday night at 7:30pm and they came out within an hour. He came back the next day to fix our toilet and did a great job. I had called a different plumber prior to calling premier and it would’ve cost me double. Mike handle everything for us and I would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

The experience was excellent from beginning to end. Starting with making the appointment, they were so kind and patient and made the process easy after such a long and stressful day. Then Muka came to fix our toilet and he was so fantastic. He was on time, respectful, and clearly knew his stuff. After assessing the problem with my toilet, he gave me options and took the time to explain each option clearly and in great detail and walked me through step by step of the problem, which I really appreciated. The work was excellent all around and he made sure everything look perfect before leaving. Would definitely recommend!!
