Blake and Formula Plumbing: The Unsung Heroes of Our Homeownership Saga

We had an unfortunate (and very unwelcome) surprise—water leaking from our upstairs bathroom straight into our living room. Enter Blake, our plumbing knight in shining toolbelt.

Blake arrived faster than we could Google “why is water coming from my ceiling?” and quickly uncovered the real problem. Turns out, the previous owners had done some creative plumbing—emphasis on creative. Yikes.

Without missing a beat, Blake got to work, fixing the issue better than new. While he was here, he also tackled several other plumbing problems we needed to resolve for an inspection. Honestly, at this point, we’re wondering if there’s anything he can’t fix.

Blake knocked out everything efficiently and professionally, saving us from future catastrophes and a potential fortune in repairs (not to mention a skyrocketing water bill). Once again, he proved himself to be reliable, honest, and ridiculously good at what he does.

Moral of the story? If you need a plumber, call Blake at Formula Plumbing. We sure will—hopefully not too soon, though!

My prior experiences with plumbers and other service industries have been a nightmare in the recent past. Then,…I had a friend refer me to Formula Plumbing. From the initial contact with Candice to the completion of a job well done by Joe and his team, I couldn’t be more pleased. I can go on and on with comparisons to other companies, but I’ll spare the details. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you, Formula Plumbing!!

Third time being saved by Gage and Formula Plumbing

My fiancées and I were 2 days away from closing on our home. We encountered a big loss of water pressure and flooding in our carport. Gage showed up quickly, and found that the prior owners had had repairs done before. There was a pressure fitting and galvanized steel piping going from halfway down our carport, through 40 feet of our driveway and all the way to the water meter.

At first we just wanted to get the repairs, thankfully, Gage was knowledgeable enough and was able to show us the state of this prior repair. When he tapped on the other portions of the pipes, they instantly started to leak. We agreed to have the entire portion repaired.

He proceeded to remove the entire defective piping and replacing it for us. This in the long run would have saved us thousands of dollars in repairs, and possibly hundreds of dollars every year in water bills from slight leaks across the old portions.

All three times that Gage has been to our home, he has taken care of our issue quickly, professionally and with great quality. Each time, the suggestions that he has given have proven to be the best solutions to our problems. Definitely our go to plumber and first person we will always call.
