I needed to have the drain line for my HVAC system rerouted. Pirates Plumbing scheduled the job quickly and completed it efficiently and at a fair price. Jim was great. He explained what needed to be done and answered every question. I will definitely use Pirates Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Bobby and Anthony were great! Very efficient and kind. Anthony spoke Spanish so he helped me with another worker who was in my house that could only speak Spanish. Highly recommend them both.

I called for a toilet repair for my 91 year old uncle. He has only 1 toilet in his condo. I was promised an appointment the same day between the hours of 12pm-4pm. They never showed up. I called them at 6:30pm and the person who answered the phone said she would send a message to customer service. I never received a call back or an apology for the poor service. However, I received an email for a quote of well over $600 for a simple fix. The next morning I called Jones and sons plumbing and they were at my uncle's condo at 9am. The bill was under $350. Pirates Plumbing will never get my business in the future or my recommendation and I am a property manager for several associations.

Anthony did a five star job. This was a tough job. And he had another job waiting. Yet he stayed and took care of me and my neighbor in a timely manner. Anthony is an asset to his company. I would recommend them anytime.

Davelle came to my home today and he quickly identified the problems and fixed it. He was a professional and courteous. He explained how to troubleshoot issuing the future.

I had an issue with 2 toilets leaking and one of them also not flushing properly. Pirates plumbing sent James out and he said he repaired both toilets at the cost of $302. Later that day, I went to check his work, (I know I should have done it while he was still there) but both toilets were still leaking in the same exact spot and he did fix the toilet that would not flush. I reached out to the office ladies and never got a response. Fast forward, I dealt with the leak for a solid month and then the toilet that previously would not flush, did the exact opposite, it would not stop flushing. So I called the office again and they state the work is not guaranteed, I agree to have it fixed. They said they would call me back and never did. That was on a Tuesday afternoon. Come Wednesday I call again and they tell me they will have a technician contact me directly. Again, never happened. So I call back again on Thursday and spoke with Margaret or Margarie and she scheduled me an appointment for Friday. Come Friday they call me and tell me they have to cancel because they have a bigger job across town, so they reschedule me for Monday. Monday comes and they send Jon out. Jon was very professional and knew what he was doing. He fixed both toilets leaks and the flushing problem. He told me he had to do a complete rebuild on the toilet and I told him that James had already done that when he was there. Jon showed me the parts that he replaced and they looked old and beaten up. Anyways, it was another $559 that should not have had to be spent. Had they fixed it properly the first time, or guaranteed their work I wouldn’t be writing a negative review. If you happened to get Jon as your tech you’re in good hands. If not I wish you the best.

100% recommend. They have the best marketing in town hands down. Who wouldn't want to call a Plumber in a beach town that has a giant Pirate Parrot plastered on their vehicles. Their bright colors shine through their bright personalities! Great people, great vibes, great service!

Beware of this company. I made an appointment at a commercial location. They gave me a timeframe of 8am to 12pm. I went to the site at 8am and called them at 11:30am when they still had not arrived. They said that they would be there an hour later. Then, they called back and said they could not make it and would need to be reschedule for another day. They were unprofessional and wasted my time. I told them I would move forward with another company.
