I had a sudden water leak from my upstairs toilet, and Danny, came out on a Sunday to repair it. He was professional, prompt, and explained the issue clearly. I truly appreciated his dedication to helping right away, even on a weekend. Excellent service — I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely fantastic team here. I broke my hose on my water main replacing it, and Darryl managed to get someone out asap within my schedule. The tech Silas was very polite, knowledgeable, and even let me watch and explained the process so I could learn what I did wrong. Price was reasonable for a short notice call out. 10/10

Every time we use this company, we are always happy. We used them 2 other times. Today I called with a leak issue by my toilet and Darryl was able to get one of his techs here within an hour. The tech Silas was super knowledgeable, professional, and honest. We wouldn’t use another company. Thanks so much!

Fixed a leak but created another one. Good prices but needs to get the administrative side in shape. He had to remove water heater to access first leak. Shook heater so violently that the top seal apparently broke. Assistant came in and said it was an old water heater that needed changing. Then asked for $1250! The heater has a 2009 manufacture date. It had no leak before they came in. It may be a coincidence but it doesn't feel right...

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I hired them to run gas lines in 6/24.
They started the job and never finished.
I have called many times and have received no response.
I filed a complaint with the county.
Sad to say they also have 5k of my money.

I'm Rick Noel's wife and just wanted to say that I saw the owners response to our issue and see it as a way for them to try and sound like they care but I know my husband has tried to call and have seen the text messages between both of them I know he has text him since his response and still nothing. So I ask the same question I the over 6 weeks we've been waiting your that busy to respond when we're about a block apart you could walk to our house. Beware

Chrissy is the admin here now and she does a great job of being responsive and is super knowledgeable about permitting, plumbing and general building concepts. Al, the plumber, is honest and reliable and offers a very fair price for his work. I sell real estate for a living, so having good tradespeople is super important to me. I highly recommend this company!

Great experience; Al diagnosed a low water pressure problem. Took the time to do it right and was able to propose a fix that saved me a ton of money. Was a second opinion; first plumber got it all wrong and suggested a fix that was way more expensive. Al was very friendly and honest; took the time to really explain to me what was going on. I'll be using Kingdom Plumbing for all my needs going forward!

Kingdom Plumbing did an emergency repair for us when our main water line broke. He was very prompt with the repair. We didnt ask for an estimate, and his price very reasonable.

Not sure anyone noticed but I was one of the first to leave a 5 star review but my latest experience is anything but. I hired him to demo and replace my shower pan in the master bedroom I did the drywall work on the outside when they came in they poured concrete to enlarge my shower when I came home I noticed they just poured it up against my new drywall and it was far from level I called the owner and he came by the next day said it would be fine. I came home and his worker was still there he hurried up and left leaving my sliding glass door open I tried to close it and it was off the track and full of debri I told the owner that it was ok I vacuum it and got the door back on th track. They finished installing a bladder system and I was to finish pouring on top of the bladder and start tiling. I had a coworker come over that had some experience in putting in shower pans he had a hard time because it was over 1 inch unlevel but did the best he could I called the owner again he came by and told me he used the wrong system and it needed to be removed. I asked him to help me and how much would it cost to fix it he said he has a tile guy he will send over and look at it. It took several weeks for him to respond. I told the owner I was having surgery and needed help he told me on the phone that he would tell his tile guy to give me the family discount and fit he didn't he would take care of it himself. His tile guy finally showed up and wouldn't quote me told me I need to talk to the owner and would get back to me which hasn't happened either even after I reached out to him. Well it been 6 weeks since I've had my surgery and still nothing. I can't even get a phone call the most I get is sarcastic text messages back. That he's busy working and I guess to busy for a 10 minute phone call to try and resolve this so I wouldn't have to do this. I have have 3 different general contractors come by and all 3 have said they'd have to tear it all out and start over but I was still willing to work with him and pay something I just want it done after several months of not having a shower. To close this out this is how a neighbor and customer that as refer several customers to him is getting treated and as he responded to me one time (just saying) I've saved all my texted also. Nice response to the review but I have reached out to you a lot and have text you since your response STILL NOTHING make me wonder if your so busy that in over 6 weeks you can't talk to me why only 23 reviews fellow customers a question you might ask yourselves

We liked that they are a Faith Based Company as my husband has a faith based Co. as well. Caedon showed up on time changed a cylinder cartridge in shower! This is our second time using them! Very professional work done and very respectful of property. We have several project's in mind for future👍🏼 Thank you Kingdom Plumbing for excellent workmanship & Service!
