My previous AC company dropped the ball and wouldn’t return my calls. A friend recommended this company and they scheduled me for first thing in the morning to repair my AC unit. I was very pleased with the service and the technician was great! I purchased the maintenance plan as well.

Mitchel from Vinson heating & cooling came this afternoon and serviced my Daikin air handler. He was both prompt and efficient. He’s very professional and answered all my questions and explained everything that he was doing. I will specifically ask for him when my next service is due.

I called Vinson Heating & Cooling after my a/c stopped blowing cold air.

I first spoke with Geanna(very polite and personable), the office manager who was able to get me on the phone with the owner, Spencer when I had some questions about getting a quote for a new a/c. Nothing beats talking to the owner of the company when shopping around for service. I explained to Spencer that I was currently having issues with my 10 year old unit and he gave me an estimate for a new unit. He had Victor D and Louis come to my condo the same day to diagnose my issue at hand.

Victor and Louis were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The diagnosis was through and I was satisfied with the work done. When it does come time for a new a/c unit I will not hesitate to call Vinsons.

Vinson AC was on time and did a great job. Had an issue with my thermostat and they came out and replaced it immediately so I could stay warm.

Vinson installed new AC around 4 years ago and I've been working with them since and have had great service. Recently had an issue with a small leak losing refrigerant, took a couple of times putting dye in to find the source, was the coil. Victor, field supervisor has always been great helping with anything, I have utmost confidence in him. Dylan did the repair, very experienced. True test of a good company, there was some miscommunication at the office in checking if the part was under warranty, estimate cost of repair and getting back to me with that information. Didn't hear from them, frustrated I had to call them back myself; Giana, office manager stepped in and assured me she would handle this; which she did immediately and we scheduled the repair. Part was under warranty and she gave me cost for labor and refrigerant which I knew was less than I would have paid another AC company. Their way of making things right due to the communication delay with me I'm sure. Vinson proved to me they truly value their customers and give 5 Star Service!

From start to finish every all contacts with Vinson employees were very were handled professionally. We did our research prior to selecting Vinson. The fact that they are local, family owned and personnel are not subcontractors weighed heavily on our decision to choose Vinson. We highly recommend this top notch company!

Highly recommend this team. Not having A/C in Florida is an immediate problem. I called another company first that was referred to me and all they wanted to do was upsell me a new unit instead of repairing what I have. Not only did Dylan come out and do an awesome job he explained everything and was never pushy to sell but rather giving great advice. They were able to order me a new compressor and install the next day. I highly recommend them if you want fast honest advice

We just had our AC serviced by Vinson Air. Mitchell did an excellent job. He said that everything was good on the system and told us they were having a special Reme Halo system. It purifies the air pollutants in the air and helps with the mold odors allergies and dust. We decided to get it because we both get allergies and mold. Thank you for such great service and being so professional. Mitchell was great.

Had Gianni out to perform routine maintenance on my system. Just a standup guy. If you need your HVAC serviced, I recommend Vinson Heating & Cooling. 5 stars every time!

Just amending my previous post as I had Dylan from Vinson Heating & Cooling out today. He was awesome as well. My air handler kept tripping due to the slope of the discharge line. He fixed it in under 10 minutes. I would have fixed it myself but my ceiling are very high in the garage and the line was difficult to get to. Thank you so much for the great service…Again!!

Today was the day our AC went out. Asking the community I live in for reviews and Vinson Heating & Cooling was one of the companies that was recommended. Gianni squeezed me in to his already full schedule and saved the day! I highly recommend them for fast quality service!!
