I researched sunrise because I’ve had a lot of trouble with air conditioning companies in the past. Their reviews were very good so I called them. Noah was great. He explained everything to me, took pictures of all the problems he saw, we discussed what to fix and then he took after pictures. I have already recommended them to my cousin. I would encourage anyone else to use them. He also left everything spotless.He is very thorough and friendly

Corbin might be my favorite tech I’ve ever had from sunrise now. He was quick, though, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns. I was most appreciate of his ability to understand how I how and when I wanted to pay for the services. He identified a few minor items that other technicians have never called out that would simplify the maintenance efforts for me long term. Hire more like this guy.

Nick came out quickly to evaluate our AC unit which was broken. He was thorough, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the unit needs replacing, but he still took the time to work up competing quotes for repairs versus replacement.

I recently had extensive electrical work and an air conditioner installation performed by Sunrise Heat and Air. From the first person to answer the phone to the technicians the service was excellent. Rob and Jolly who did the electrical work and Josiah and Colin who installed the air conditioner were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. They showed up exactly when they were scheduled. They explained everything they were going to do and answered all of my questions. I was notified by phone of arrival times and the one time they came at the end of the time window I was notified of this early in the day so I would not have to sit around and wait. Their communication is beyond excellent. The two women who made the appointments are so friendly and efficient. Someone always answers the phone, appointments are made in a very timely manner. . I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Edit.. I needed a very slight adjustment to my thermostat and Sunrise had someone out within 2 days, right on time. Not only did Justin do the adjustment but also did a full check on my a/c system and reminded me of maintenance measures for my a/c. Once again this company came through without a hitch.

Great experience! Darius S. provided semi-annual maintenance and inspection on our central A/C and split-mini. He was profession, friendly, and thorough. He took pictures and video of our systems and was able to walk me through his inspection results with complete clarity. This company does it right!

01/31/25 Anthony came to perform the maintenance service for my air conditioning. He spent approximately 3 hours going through the whole system uploaded all pictures what he did. This is the most efficient / comprehensive service I have ever gotten from any other air conditioning company. Thank you Anthony.

After being flooded we needed to rewire 70% of our house and install new outlets, meter snd panel. James gave us quote up front and Jesse helped tremendously with the cumbersome permit process. Tanner, Justin and their crews were great. Very professional, competent, respectful of our home and prompt. I would highly recommend them for any of your electric repair needs

I have reviewed this company before and I am reviewing them again. I cannot recommend this company enough and if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. My husband, son and I are on vacation and our cat sitter reached out stating it appeared the AC was not working because the house was hot when she checked in on our cat. We called Sunrise immediately and they were able to get a tech out within 30 minutes of our call. Unfortunately, our AC finally died on us and we needed a new unit, but we were panicked because we needed a solution for our cat until we could get back home and have the new unit installed. The tech worked with his manager and was able to get portables set up the very next day, as well as schedule to have the new unit installed the day after we return home. The tech Noah was absolutely amazing, the office staff which included Crystal, also amazing! They all knew we were out of town and worked as quickly and efficiently as possible, staying in constant communication, working with us and our cat sitter, who raved about them as well. This company is the BEST! We continue to highly recommend and will be using them for as long as we are in the area! You made a VERY stressful situation easier to handle from afar, especially having a pet at home. Thank you SO much Sunrise! We can’t thank you enough!

The project manager came today to check the installation of our new air conditioner/hvak unit. I can't believe the difference. It controls the humidity and our allergies are much better. We purchased a Bosch system with an air scrubber. So far it's wonderful. The staff from the office to the techs are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the level of communication. They go out of their way to keep the customer satisfied. Best customer service ever!!!

Dan was absolutely great, explained everything to me,I am not in Florida this year,my friend is down there, it's great having a company that I can trust since I'm not there, it's so hard today to find a company that really cares and I believe I have found one ,thank Dan for taking care of this problem.
