These guys are truly amazing! We had a vacation tenant coming from Connecticut an hour before they arrived the air conditioner quit. We couldn't reach our normal air conditioner service company these guys came out in an emergency! I as the host was traveling in Mexico and somehow our communication got messed up. Even thoug it was late Joe made it happen so our guests could have a cool and comfortable evening rest! We are so appreciative!!

Joe was awesome. Did our install 6 yrs ago, and recently had him out to service a failed manufacturer part. Great job. Will contue with this company

J&C Air Conditioning is an excellent company to work with.
They are honest, hardworking, and truly care about their customers. The team does top-quality work without overcharging, which is rare to find these days. They take the time to explain what needs to be done, get the job done right, and always make sure you’re taken care of.

Joe was fantastic—honest, professional, and helpful. I called him thinking there was an issue with my AC, and after I sent him a video, he quickly got back to me to explain that everything was actually working normally. I really appreciated that he didn’t schedule an unnecessary service call or charge me just to tell me everything was fine. I’ve saved his number for any future AC issues or replacement needs since mine is getting older. Highly recommend!!

Joe and his staff are amazing. Joe has responded to my house for several years if I have any air conditioning issues, even late at night or early in the morning. He is very knowledgeable about any air conditioning situations.
Last Sunday, my 93 year old father had no air conditioning in his condo and it was 88 degrees outside. One call to Joe and he sent out Mike, one of his technicians. Mike responded in an hour ON A SUNDAY! After fixing the problem, Mike told me to call him if there were any issues and he would respond right away.
I don't see that level of customer service from any other expert service group.
I would highly recommend J & C air conditioning for expert service with a reasonable price.

Joe was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He kept to his original repair quote and fixed another issue I was having with my thermostat. He truly seems to care. I would definitely recommend J&C A/C.

We had Joe and his team do a complete replacement of our A/C unit recently. Joe and Mike worked their magic to ensure our new unit could be placed in the same area as we needed to increase the proper flow of the unit. They were professional, prompt and efficient. The entire project was completed in record time and they even cleaned up afterwards!
Both, Dion and Anthony are very knowledgeable and work very well together. They took the time to answer any question we had to explain or offer good advice for basic follow up.
Joe is very accommodating and easy to work with and most of all his pricing was very reasonable!
Sign us up for the annual maintenance!!!!

Our good friends just had their ductwork gutted 100% and replaced a few weeks ago. When we spoke they highly recommended the company that did the work. When the heat on our 13 year old heat pump stopped coming out during this recent cold snap, I asked them for his name and number. Joe was here the next day! What makes this interesting is TWO other AC companies told me I needed a new unit. They said the AC is working fine, but the heat repair would cost over $2K., better to get a new system. Joe came, asked me what was going on, I told him and he looked at the system and said he thought he could get it working again, which he did! Took him about 30 minutes. Straight shooter and really nice guy. Joe and J&C will be servicing my unit from now on!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Max’s team. From their arrival to completion, Max, Jamiek, Calvin, Leo, and I think one other, worked diligently to complete my AC installation. Max kept me informed at every step. It was a pleasure having such knowledgeable, friendly and courteous installers at my home.
I was also pleased with the service I received from Bruce, he was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. James was also friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to get the results that I wanted.
I will definitely recommend Sunrise, and use them for any future service.

Anthony was terrific! I would give him 10 stars if I could. He covered his shoes as soon as he stepped inside. He explained everything so I could understand, and showed me pictures of the work that was needed and what he did. I’ve always been happy with the service from Sunrise, and Anthony reinforced it 10⭐️‘S.

Spencer the technician that came out when my AC stopped on a 90 degree day was very courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of my home. He explained step by step what he was doing and the cost with me beforehand and while performing a diagnostic test on my unit. Of course my unit seemed to be running fine when he came but instead of trying to find a costly problem when there was none he told me if the unit stops running again just leave it and call Sunrise so they can come out again and if it happens within 30 days it will be warranted. I’ve used Sunrise for over 3 years and always been happy with the friendly and professional techs and office personnel I’ve dealt with.

Update: Corbin came out today for our maintenance. He was fantastic, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with a few questions we had. We really appreciate his time and work!

Huge thanks to Sunrise and Anthony for helping us out with our AC today! The customer service was exceptional across the board, from the first phone call early this morning and then again with Anthony’s work in the afternoon.

Customer support and dispatcher were very plesant to talk too. I was happy with Anthony's service. He was very respectful and friendly. Wife really appreciated that he wore boot covers every time he entered the house. Anthony listened to what I wanted, did thorough evaluation of targeted rooms and explained next steps in the process well.

Noah was extremely professional and helpful. He was able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. I'm very appreciative that he was able to get out so quickly!!!!

Anthony was awesome! Super friendly, very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and detailed. He was friendly with my children and made a sometimes stressful time into a calm and informative time. The staff I worked with to book appt was also very kind and the desk pick up the phone right away. There were no surprises. They said they would call 30 min prior to tech arrival and they did. They mean what they say. Highly recommend!

Colin was our AC tech. He did a great job serving both AC’s He was a very nice young man , pleasant and personable. I would trust him more than the AC company we had before.

We had a surprise issue come up, and Sunrise was able to get their technician out right away! Spencer was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining the issue and our options, and helping us get our AC in working order with a plan moving forward to keep things in good condition.

Sunrise did an amazing job! They helped us after our A/C went out after the hurricane! They were super quick with responding to our email and came out the next morning after I called them late the day before. Travis is amazing and I will 100% be giving them all of our A/C business.
