Alex and Dion were professional, polite and on time. Their rates are affordable, and they didn't do any hard selling (which was a nice chage!). They both worked late to get the job done, which we really appreciated.

We recently purchased a new AC system from Metron. The install went perfectly with professional and timely service from beginning to end. Joe answered all of our questions and helped us choose a variable speed system that we are very happy with. I would definitely use Metron again.

They came out quickly and finished quickly. One of our shop units was blowing warm air. It's an older unit and they definitely could have sold us a new unit. Instead, they suggested repairing the unit, recharging and then we can consider replacing in the future. Hoping the unit keeps going! They did an awesome job and I'm glad they gave us options.

Joe and Alex are great. Our air conditioner stopped working on Christmas eve, and Joe was there early to look at it. Metron gave us a great price and fixed it as early as possible!

Our A/C stopped working on a May Saturday afternoon and the house temperature quickly rose to 85 degrees. Called in, spoke to Alex and he came out in about 30 minutes, explained and fixed the problem. We're lucky we found Metron and totally recommend them. Joe, Alex, and Nick did a wonderful job! I was having asthma and allergy issues in condo I just bought because the old ducts were deteriorating, and their fibers were blowing through the ducts, aggravating my allergies and asthma. They worked my condo into the schedule so I would be able to breathe without challenges before I moved in. They did a great job…very professional, honest, and great quality work! Thank you so much!

I have been in contact with Alex for about a month now in regards to my ac.
He came out gave me a diagnosis and sent me over the information needed to help me with options (he was very helpful and detailed about what would be done and what could help me) I messaged him a few days later to set up a day and time.
Joe came out today while it was raining and did an amazing job was very impressed with the work that was done he was very professional and quick he also explained everything he was going to do before hand.
I now have cold air conditioning and it’s staying cold.
When I need to replace the units I know who I will be having do the work, so if you want fast efficient work done by a great small business with local people look no further.

Received great same day service from Joe and Alex at Metron. Alex came out and serviced my aging A/C that was just starting to not keep up again in the hot weather. Alex immediately noticed several problems on why my A/C was failing to keep up besides its age. He was very patient to answer all my questions regarding a new A/C system and new ductwork , which I also knew was needed. He gave me recommendations on how to install diffently when the times come for optimum performance. I know we will have to get a new system soon, but Joe and Alex assured me they will be here thru the summer to keep us cool and do what they can to keep it running until we can replace it this winter. I totally recommend their service.

Metron Air Conditioning and Heating recently replaced all of my ductwork in my attic for my a/c unit. A relative referred me to them and I am so glad he did! I found Metron to have the best price of all the quotes I gathered and the guys were honest, trustworthy, hard working, efficient, courteous and very professional. They did a phenomenal job. Even the final inspector gave their work high praises. I was so happy with their work that I am even switching my annual maintenance contract to Metron Air Conditioning and Heating.

I can't remember how long Joe Gianelli has been taking care of my a/c unit but he has always been kind, courteous, and professional. I was glad to see that he opened up his own business with his partner Alex Touloumis. Alex serviced my a/c yesterday and he is a carbon copy of Joe's professionalism.

Had AC issues for the last 3 summers, having to get the unit recharged a couple times each year to make it through the heat. Metron came right in and assessed the issue with the most cost effective remedy, new refrigerant lines + tstat wire, along with blower motor pull and clean + evap coil pull and clean. My unit is going on 10 years old. I still had the old lines that ran under the house, and the coil would continue to freeze up, due to a leak that couldn't be plugged. They did a clean job running new lines, no affect on my normal use of the garage, which is awesome. Both owners Joe and Alex were hands on, with a professional and knowledgeable crew, Nick and Dion. The costs of doing business blow away any other prices/quotes I recieved, including other companies recommending replacing the entire air handler and outdoor unit. They didn't try to upsell me on new or unnecessary equipment. Really appreciate the job that was done by the whole crew. They followed up the next day to ensure everything was working well, and made a service call to ensure all the levels of my refrigerant looked as they should. This is service how it should be.

Very pleased with the service provided to us by Joe at Metron Air. He came out within a couple hours of calling him, diagnosed the issue with our AC system, ordered the parts and informed us they were under warranty and saved us a lot of money in the process. He replaced our handler and we have been up and running perfectly now for a few months. Joe came out and corrected issues made by our previous AC company as well. Joe is extremely hard working and knowledgeable about the AC industry. Joe provided us with accurate quotes and didnt try to sell us other products like our previous AC company.

Fantastic company and people. The quote was very reasonable. Part of the job was to move the air handler from the attic to the garage. Their staff worked overtime to get the new AC system installed in one day. The new location will make future maintenance much easier. It looks and works great!

I was made aware of a deeply troubling situation involving someone close to me, who hired Metron Air Conditioning and Heating. Despite paying a significant amount of money upfront, Metron Air never followed through with the promised services. The owner's communication was evasive. Repeated delays and excuses followed.

It's hard to believe that this company has received such high praise, but it's also the reason why I felt the need to write this review. This experience has caused both financial and emotional stress for my loved one. I urge anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution and to thoroughly research the owners before making any commitments.

Alex and Joe were top notch professionals, showed up early and completed the job sooner than estimated. Did an absolute amazing job and clean up. My AC has never ran better. Definitely recommend them to anyone! Best AC company I’ve had to deal with and now no issues. In the past I’ve had (3) different guys/companies come out and after just a week issues again. It’s been a month and not one problem. Only a better running and clean unit. Thanks guys!!!
