Extremely professional, Called them this morning as my AC quit working during the night. They said they could come between 12 and 4 today and THEN called back within an hour to come now…🎉then came over and figured out the repair was a part that was covered by warranty and they only charged for the service call…amazing honest people thank you so much.!❤️

Called Barron’s AC yesterday for help with a stubborn drain line clog (normally I can unclog it myself) that was preventing my AC from working. Within a 1/2 hour Dylan arrived. I immediately felt comfortable with him - he was polite, respectful and knowledgeable, and patiently answered all my questions. His work was quick and efficient. What a blessing to have found a trustworthy company these days, when so many others are not. As I am a loyal customer when I find a company that respects me and does right by me, I will be calling Barron’s AC for any future ac needs. Thank you Barron’s and Dylan - you rock ! Marla

I am renting a home with an older AC system. We got back after a week long road trip to find the AC does not work. My Landlord initially had Air Rescue come check it out. They barely did any diagnostics and just told me my system is old and needs to be replaced. I was not happy with this so I called Barrons and they saved the day!
Kenny came out, listened to my concerns and immediately got to work. He was able to find the issue and get it fixed, no BS! Kenny was competent, confident, and efficient! Overall, great experience!

Barron’s is amazing! We have used them several times over the years, as have other members of our family and they have always delivered an excellent quality of work. We called them Thursday morning around 8:30am after our AC stopped working, they had a tech out to our house by 10:30am and he had the issue diagnosed and fixed and he was out the door by 11:30am. Honest, reliable, professional and a stress free process. We’re thankful for you guys!

I first started calling Barons because I saw them at my neighbors. I have a unit that has a tendency to break down because of environmental factors. In other words it's still a good machine. They have always been honest. Yesterday was Friday and no air in one of these crazy heat waves . I called them in the early afternoon and they came and fixed it! Can't emphasize enough how grateful i am that they came to the rescue. I would have been without AC on the weekend! They saved me.

Been using Barron's literally for decades. Owner Steve initially came to my home to arrange for a new AC replacement of my original AC close to 30 years ago. Have bought a few new AC units from them over my 41 years in home. Always great service. APPRECIATE BARRON'S and grateful for them. Wonderful team of techs! After I was given an exorbitant quote from my now former air conditioning company Barons came and quoted me one quarter of the amount. I am so pleased with the honesty and integrity of barons.

Today Mike and Levi came to do an air duct cleaning for me and and they were wonderful. They explained what they were going to do and were very courteous and worked with care and diligence. I wholeheartedly recommend barons to anyone.

Barron's fixed an issue with my AC that two other companies just brushed it off as normal. Let me explain. I had a brand new AC unit installed last year by another company. After approximately one year of service, the AC air handler started draining water in the overflow pan, which had never happened before. After having two other AC companies look at it and charge me diagnostics fee, I was told both times that it was just a normal condensation and I should live with it.
I called Barron's on a friend's recommendation. They came out, and actually spent time trying to properly diagnose the issue. After pulling the coil out, sealing the crack that was causing the leak and silicone caulking all the other problem areas, the issue is finally fixed. I am very impressed with the level of service that I received. This is a company that actually cares, something that is a rarity today. Highly recommend their service.

Even though they were booked solid due to the weather, Barrons AC & Appliance Service still made it out to us today. They got our heat working and were honest about a part that’s starting to go bad and needs replacement. The technician was polite, professional, and straightforward. We’re incredibly thankful and highly recommend them!

We recently had our old central HVAC unit replaced by Barron’s and were very happy with the service and overall installation. A good friend, who is a major contractor for medical facilities and works with Barron’s, highly recommended them to us.

I need to SINCERELY APOLOGIZE that this review is coming 1 month after the service was rendered. Life got away from me. With that said, this is an AMAZING Company !!!! Starting with the consultation with Moises. He was professional, precise, honest and laid out the best option for me. Then came the installation of my split ac unit. The "TRIO" ( Levi, Mike & Dillon) AMAZING would be an understatement. It has been many many years since I came across such COURTEOUS, WELL MANNERED, PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY GENTLEMAN !!!! They have my business for life. It is a shame the majority of service companies in today's society cannot or do not use this company's business model.

They just installed my new AC.
I had a team of young men come to do all the work. They arrived on time, took special care & left the place spotless by 3pm.
They were the neatest & quietest workers. For such a big expense, they made the process as painless as possible.
The new unit appears to work wonderfully; they showed us how to operate the new thermostat which was better than our old one, somehow improved the airflow & checked everything out before they left.
I found Barron's after my old AC guy retired & interviewing almost a dozen companies. They helped delay the need for replacement by 6+ years. We planned on replacing winter before last, but were able to get another 2 yrs out of the old system. My old AC worked for a total of 21yrs. It was also a Comfortmaker (I think) .
I highly recommend them. They have been patient, providing us & elderly Mom help & service when we need it, never pressuring a sale or service. I told them no-one is permitted to retire. 🙂 Excellent local & family based vendor.
