We called with an emergency and they were soo accommodating which is so important in Florida summers with kids!! Not only were they super responsive, they were professional and very nice to work with. I appreciate them and the whole team! We will only use them whenever anything comes up with the AC, and for the regular maintenance package they recommend! 10 out of 10 - do not go anywhere else!

After dealing with 2 grueling summers in our home with an upstairs master bedroom that remains a solid 6-8 degrees hotter than our downstairs, we decided to get the issue fixed. Joe with J&C came and installed Daikin mini-split upstairs and now it’s ice cold and still extremely quiet. Joe has also done several other maintenance jobs, from cleaning and servicing my entire system to changing my fan motor over the past few years to keep my air conditioner running smoothly. I can’t recommend this company enough. Extremely professional and fair.

Joe went out of his way to help with a tough issue to relocate the unti so I could be kept clean. He is the best!!

J & C were quick to respond to us when we were having a/c issues and needed a new unit. They came out and were very knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us more than we needed and gave us a very reasonable quote. Joe and his team showed up on time and were so nice and professional. After having a different company come to give me an estimate to fix my AC - a friend suggested I call J and C. I am so glad I did! I realized the other company was trying to rip me off telling me I needed a whole new unit for 13k! J and C fixed my unit for 2K - huge difference!!!! Excellent work!!!

Called in the morning and had service that afternoon. Things were explained to me, no mess, everything cleaned up and VERY reasonable. Will highly recommend this company. And I will use them again.

I called Joe to give me an estimate for a new package unit as the company that came out a couple of days earlier for a temporary issue said the unit was low on refrigerant and basically shot and that we needed a whole new system.
When Joe and Chris got there they found and fixed a minor drainage issue. Then they inspected the system and informed me that it was not low on refrigerant and there was nothing wrong with the unit (thus saving us about $8K).
If you are having an issue with your AC system, CALL J&C FIRST!!!! At least you know that you will be getting an honest assessment and not just someone trying to upsell you on a whole new system if it isn’t necessary.

Best experience I have ever had with an AC company. I had 3 AC techs give me 3 different “issues” with my AC unit including one who told me I needed a completely new AC unit. Joe with J & C Air Conditioning and Heating came to me through a recommendation of a contractor and he quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and gave me an honest and fair price for the repair. Joe & Mike saved our vacation! The a/c in our rental went out suddenly on the first day of our vacation. They came out on a Sunday night and got it back up and running. They came back the next day and finished everything. We would definitely recommend them.

Very responsive and honest. Made a call Late Friday July 18 2025 evening had a service tech out next day Saturday12:05 pm. I live in Chicago and called a local company in Palm Harbor for my AC; I own a Rental unit in Tuscany of Innisbrook. Joe was the only co that returned my call.. He was responsive and very fair on the repair cost. Paid the invoice via Zelle. Highly recommend this company.
