I contacted about 6 companies with no answers or returned calls, he personally called me (while his own neighborhood was also flooded!) and quickly arranged for a dumpster to be delivered the next day. He even follwed up in the evening with us with a text to make sure we were satisfied.

I recently rented a dumpster from Cody for a home cleanout and I had a great experience. He was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, he replied quickly and was very easy to schedule with.

He showed up right on time for both drop-off and pickup and even placed protection down to keep my driveway safe, which I really appreciated. His pricing was very reasonable for the size of the dumpster as well.
