Since moving into my condo just over 1.5 years ago I have come to know the staff and technicians more than I would like. But, I feel fortunate to have called them for the very first issue I had. Every time one of the guys come, I learn something new about my HVAC unit. I love that and now religiously follow monthly maintenance. They guys are personable and even though they’ve kept you updated along the way, they recap it all at the end. My most recent visit was with Mike and he was very thorough in searching for the source of the problem.He was not to be deterred. And he found it. He’s now on my favorites list. 😃

Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions and included a detailed report with photos.

Had routine maintenance check today at Blue Septic Tank Service, Inc. The technician Derek B was prompt, extremely thorough, changed out all the filters and cleaned the vents too. Thank you Anthony's for taking good care of us.

Seniors Beware. Bought a new AC unit and air handler for $9,000 with a 10 year parts and 5 year labor built in. The compressor went in 2023 they repaired it and told me I owed money so I reminded them It was covered they came back and said “sorry our mistake”. In September of 2025 another major failure Anthony’s came out charged us $199 then got back to me on email telling me $6,000 to fix. Told me I didn’t have continuous years of maintenance with them. I asked for a written quote on letterhead representative said she couldn’t do that ??? I had another company come in and they got parts through my warranty no problem at all. EXCEPT we had to pay $2,400 for their labor and refrigerant. Installed in 2021 serviced in 2022 major failure and tech serviced in 2023 2 hurricanes in 2024 got us back from New England late but serviced early 2025 by another company. Anthony’s completely ignored our home with no AC for 3 weeks. Funny how other companies said no problem getting warranty parts but Anthony’s just wants money. Not a Trustworthy company. Our advise find another. The story WIL continue.

Matt was amazing! I am a Realtor in the greater Tampa Bay area and he was able to promptly come check out an HVAC unit for a client of mine to diagnose what the problem was. He was extremely knowledgable, truthful, friendly and was only looking to help instead of collect a servicing fee. I would recommend Matt to anyone who had any situation with an HVAC unit and he will be my go to going forward for any home's I need help with.

Clayton and Dylan came yesterday to install our new A/C unit. They arrived as scheduled, got right to work and had it up and running in a matter of hours.

Lilly at Anthony's has been a life saver. I've sold a property that had an open AC permit from 6 years ago. Lilly was able to get the unit inspected and the permit closed out before the closing date. Also, the inspector raved about the quality and professionalism of Anthony's. That means alot!

Derrick was great. Even though it was at the end of the day, he was extremely thorough and informative. I’m sure he was working past his regular working hours, but he didn’t rush and took care of all of the tasks he was supposed to do. He even found an error that the installers (from another company) of my HVAC system had made and corrected it. This is the kind of valuable employee you want to keep.

David was excellent to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything and really listened to my needs. I appreciated how he walked me through ways to optimize my current air-conditioning system so it performs at its best. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable—I highly recommend him.

I ran across Anthony’s on line and was impressed by their presentation, enough to make an appointment for an estimate. I got the usual window of time for the technician to arrive. Notice of arrival allowed me time to leave work and get home at the same time. He was early.
He spent time here. He and I spoke continuously about the problems I had and various alternative solutions were discussed. I had pretty much decided which solution I thought made sense to me overall. But I asked Hunter for his opinion and recommendations. I’ll tell you why. I hire a wide variety of people who hold themselves out as experts in their fields. That includes me. People hire me for my knowledge, skills, reputation and just because I am good looking. The point is, to me, Hunter was the expert you hire to help solve your problems so I figured his recommendation would be valuable to have. Just like my advice would be to my clients. Luckily we agreed 100%.
As my Hunter was here on Friday, I did not expect a response before Monday. Lo and behold, somewhere around 8:30 AM Monday, I received an email and attachment with the estimate. It was not cheap but was $2,000 less than what I expected it to be. It’s an older system and code upgrades were included as were permits and fees. Coordination with the power company is also included.
So up to this point I’m very favorably inclined towards Anthony’s. Their estimate was clean and broke down the costs for various components of the project. I have to submit to the insurance company for approval. And Hunter, he was my pleasure to meet. He explained everything and comfortably answered my questions. I think he needs a raise. He discovered a bare wire (part of the problem), and because it was a really big hazard, he got out his special gloves and taped the bare wire and its companion so that they were no longer a hazard ( to me). In addition, we discussed that visually, he reminded me of movie star Jason Statham.

Adam visited us today at 4216=10th Street Ct E Ellenton. . He was very professional. Helped my husband understand how the system works. Love Anthony’s air we were not charged because it was a consultation

From start to finish, we had a great experience with Anthony's Cooling-Heating, and Electrical. Unfortunately, Adam diagnosed our old central air-con with a failing motor. We decided to check out their prices of buying and installing a new unit. Jim, Anthony's experienced Sales Representative came a few days later and explained the options that were available. We went with American Standard which is said to be number one. Frank, Joe and Jonah, the savy, polite, super knowledgeable technician/installers for Anthony's, arrived on time and got to work right away. The new Unit runs like a charm. The technicians cleaned up well and took away all the old, air-con, corroded parts etc. Thanks Anthony's for a job well done. Please forgive us but we failed to mention Oscar the attentive supervisor who came by to check on all the employees who were working hard to get the air-con installed. We also wanted to acknowledge Jullian the admin/scheduler who quickly took care of us. Thanks again all.

Had a Very pleasant service appointment with my HVAC Tech Matthew Hamilton. Very polite, punctual, knowledgeable. Answered all my questions even offered to help cut the shrubs and weeds around my AC unit. He also showed me what I needed to know! I am definately a customer for life. This is a buisness you can trust! So glad I chose to call Anthony's First!

They scheduled within my time frame. We're on time, and kept in constant communication, prior to arrival.
Our Tech, Micheal, was extremely friendly, as well as, pet friendly.
He restored our lost services, in a timely manner.
More importantly, I didn't feel fleeced, with up and over charges.

Called Anthony's to get a second opinion on a proposal and boy am I glad I did. I had fallen for the $30 "tune-up" deal from a different company that had sent me a mail ad and by the time they left my house, I couldn't tell what they did, but had a $2,000+ proposal in my inbox!

The Anthony's technician who visited me, Matthew H, did a great job of educating me on accurate information regarding my AC system, and did not try to sell me on anything. He said my system wouldn't have any issues had the other AC company not messed with my unit's thermal expansion valve. So now I have to get that fixed, plus actually get the maintenance done!

This review is mainly to praise Matthew H 's professional service during this second-opinion visit, but even Sara B who helped me when I called the office was pleasant and helpful.

Top tier company so far and I plan to work with them going forward for my AC needs.
