Superior service and prices! Fonz and their crew did a great job replacing our complete AC unit. Job was completed quickly, no issues and they cleaned up like they were never there. I highly recommend using them for any replacements or repairs.

I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had with Fonz Heating and Air. We received questionable news from another A/C company about our unit, we decided to get a second opinion. We contacted Fonz Heating and Air; they sent a tech out right away. He was very professional and explained everything to us and it turned out that we did not need the extensive/expensive repairs the other company was trying to sell to us. Our unit is running perfectly, and we owe it to FONZ Heating and Air.

Matt, the owner of Fonz Air and is his staff are polite, professional, knowledgable and on time. I needed to replace my A/C unit. Matt gave 2 options and explained both units. He sent a bid via email with all details for each option. Devon the young man who installed the AC unit took pride in his work and made sure everything was tested, explained, and cleaned before he

Honestly, the best!! I’m a Florida native and always dread calling an AC company because I never know if I’ll get an honest diagnosis. They sent out a technician right away who was honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and didn’t try to turn it into something that would cost thousands when it was an easy fix. So glad we finally found our go-to AC company!

It’s the first time I use Fonz Heating and Air. They were recommended to me by a brother of mine, and I am nowhere near disappointed in the service. My tech that was assigned to me, took his time to figure out what was wrong with my HVAC. At first, I thought it was the compressor and willing to fix it myself. I ended up calling their company and I explained totally what I did to come to that point of the compressor being bad. I will see right now Devin Was very, very knowledgeable and what he was doing. His honesty is by far superior and I see that because he easily could’ve said the compressor was bad since I already made that determination So I am very, very happy for that. It ended up being one of the legs we had lower voltage. So I really, really appreciate it

I called and made an appointment about my ac unit. I explained that I believed my unit was low on Freon. Never did their representative tell me there would be other charges besides the freon. The tech arrived and found the pressures low and stated it needed Freon. Then he spung the charges involved to add freon on me. Not only would i have to pay the $119 service charge but before he could add freon he would have to do a leak test for over $200. He said if there was a leak he could add freon only if we agreed to a repair at unknown cost. He stated he would add freon to a leaking unit only if we submitted to the extra costs. At the Least this company is Not forthright with their policies and at most they are unethical by not explaining charges before they show up and charge a service fee.
