I have hired Blue Bear on multiple occasions. The most recent job was running a propane gas line. It was difficult finding someone in the area that was both reasonable in price and knowledgeable. I am very fortunate to have found Blue Bear Plumbing. James was the one who worked at my house. He was professional and very nice. At one point, James realized that he had possibly underbid the job, but he was true to his word and honored the agreed upon price.

This is the only plumbing company that I will contact in the future, and I urge anyone looking for a good plumber to consider them.

Blue Bear did a great job from start to finish. They gave me a detailed and competitive estimate to replace my HVAC and answered all questions I had pertaining to it. The installers were knowledgeable and thorough. We’re very happy with our service!

Servando, Josh and Alexander from Blue Bear Total Home Services were absolutely fantastic! They were professional, down-to-earth, and incredibly efficient. You can tell they are a true experts at their crafts—their trade work was top-notch. So good in fact I started with just electrical, then due to the service I went with their plumbing for a garbage disposal install then while they were here they were able to price match a competitor for a water heater install they earned my business a true total home service.

I am writing to say Blue Bear Air from my initial text from Alyssa to my consult with Patrick (29 yrs in this type business) to Jakarie and Sandy my technicians I could not be more delighted!!! Anna Marie in front office just sent me my warranty. All in prompt and perfect order. This new Carrier ( as Jakarie mentioned) is like eye candy. What a beautiful unit! The fellows arrived right as promised. They dismantled the old system and replaced with a new system. They tested the units then explained all i needed to know to properly understand. When they left the work area was spotless. What an incredible relief to have this experience after researching for many weeks. Im certain my guardian angel was behind finding this awesome company and staff !!! Kudos to the owners, you shoukd be super proud of your team.❤️🌹

I recently used Blue Bear for both plumbing and electrical and love it when I come across a company that delivers excellent service because that can be hard to find. Blue Bear is one of those companies. Willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers' needs and great attention to detail. They came out on a Sunday to replace my sewer line because I had guests coming for the holidays. They found a great solution when challenges arose as well. All of the plumbing technicians I dealt with were professional, hardworking, friendly and attentive to my needs. Unfortunately I only remember one plumbing technician's name, Alex, but they were all great and I plan to use them in the future for other work. And a big shoutout to my electrician, Josh, who I also will be using again for additional work. Smart, knowledgeable, hard-working, very attentive to detail, congenial and a never-say-die attitude about figuring things out.

I just had my AC serviced by Josh Diamond and he was wonderful, personable and very knowledgeable. I was pleased with how easy it was to make an apt & The customer service was very friendly. Josh showed up on time and even went up in our attic to help explain to us why our air wasn’t reaching the back bedroom. I thank Josh for making my 1st experience with Blue Bear Total Home Services a pleasant one.

We had our first AC maintenance visit with Bear and couldn’t be happier. The technician was knowledgeable, patient, and had great customer service. He answered all of my questions honestly and never rushed the process. His transparency gave me the confidence to sign up for the yearly maintenance plan. Great experience overall.

I needed an emergency repair of an outdoor spigot. Blue Bear was able to get the repair done same day. With other companies it was a minimum of a one day wait.
Service Tech Alex was very courteous and explained the repair process. He made the repair which included some stucco work. I think it looks better than before the repair. I highly recommend Alex and Blue Bear.

Josh did an amazing job! He was overly professional and resourceful. He even saved me money by giving me some suggestion and I appreciate that! This company will definitely get my money again!

I had an issue with my bathroom sink yesterday afternoon, and they were able to schedule me with Logan between 2-5. I got a text around 11:20am stating he was on the way. I was highly impressed with him arriving shortly after a few hours ahead of scheduled time. He was kind, informative, professional, and attentive to details. If I could give more stars I would! Better than any service i’ve received from other companies.

I recently needed to replace my 8 year old low efficiency heat pump. I contacted Blue Bear Heating and Air in Palmetto , Florida for an estimate. Pat Horn, senior tech, for Blue Bear came to my home and we discussed options. He was very helpful and I ended up ordering a new Lennox heat pump system. A few days later the installers arrived and installed my unit. They were very courteous and did an excellent job installing the Lennox system. We had some issues with the air filter enclosure which was quickly resolved. The entire installation including hauling away of my old unit was completed in 1 day. Mike Castellucci, owner/manager, helped me with a problem getting the proper air filters. He was a pleasure to work with as were all at Blue Bear. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Blue Bear Heating and Air for anyone needing help with an HVAC system

Josh did a great job addressing several electrical issues. He was able to take care of them quickly and efficiently. I am pleased with the service. Blue Bear customer service was also excellent.

Our brand new AC compressor went out and the prior company was very rude and not wanting to help.
So we decided to call Spartan Air and are so glad that we did. When we called we were immediately helped and told that a tech would come out in a couple of hours. They helped us get a part under warranty and got our machine up and running the same day.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience from start to finish with Spartan Air! From my first contact with Taylor it has been a true pleasure. She was able to walk me through all of the steps and schedule quickly for a tech to come to the property to evaluate. Brian arrived and was extremely professional and knowledgeable not just about HVAC but about insulation and duct work. He truly took the time to assess the situation thoroughly and get us an outcome everyone is happy with. Follow up from both Taylor and Brian has been prompt and thoroughly answered all of the questions that come with making a big financial decision. After dealing with many HVAC companies over the years, they made it really easy to choose Spartan by going above and beyond through the whole experience! Five stars!

Extremely happy we chose to work with Spartan Air Solutions for our spray foam insulation. Jeff & Tyler did an amazing job. They took photos & videos for me to see the work. They left the area cleaner than they found it. Jeff & Tyler were very professional & punctual. I would definitely be referring more of my neighbors to Spartan & will definitely be using them again in the near future for our HVAC servicing needs.
