A Technician was sent out to me and I have to say he’s service was 10 out of 10. His name was Joel and he took his time to explain to me all my options and even Pro provided me with information in regards to my House Warranties and health concerns in regards to my Hvac system. I definitely plan to obtain a service plan with this company solely based on the customer service I got from Joel. Would definitely recommend him as your Technician if you choose this company.

I can’t say enough good things about Spartan Air Solutions. It was 9:30 PM tonight when my AC went out, and I called their after-hours line. I spoke with a friendly, attentive person right away who took my address, and a technician, (Joel Gustave) was at my house in less than 30 minutes from the time I placed the call. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. The service from Joel was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable—the best I’ve ever received.

They got me in on very short notice which I very much appreciated. Sam cam to take care of my A/C issue. He did a fantastic job fixing the issue and explaining what was going on. Sam did awesome work but his customer service was the icing on the cake.

I am very pleased with the work, start to finish, from Spartan Air. I've known James for many years. Called him, and he came to evaluate the situation, gave us a fair price to replace the air handler, the condenser, and new ducts. The Oliver crew done a great job start to finish, and we passed inspection.

Andy & Mike did a fantastic job taking care of our HVAC issues. A real relief when the technicians knows the system and can make the necessary repairs. (Unlike the company that originally installed it). Would highly recommend Spartan. We are very pleased.

Evan came out to service our unit and quickly found a major leak. He explained our options clearly and recommended replacement since our system is about 10 years old. Jordan came over right away to provide a quote and helped us get started with ordering the new system.

Even though the unit will be replaced, they added refrigerant and made sure it was cooling before they left. Super responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. Outstanding service — highly recommend!

Only thing I can so remotely negative is we where on different branches of the service, so was the owner but I want hold that against them. Go Navy. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy via text and there was ample availability for appointment options! On the day of our service, our technician, Evan, let us know when he was on his way. Spartan Air is definitely the place to call if you’re looking to replace your AC unit. I recently had my Mitsubishi mini split unit replaced and give 5 stars plus for the excellent work completed by Oliver and Dallas. They took care both inside and outside of the house to make sure the installation was completed to our satisfaction, and reviewed the operation of the new unit to make sure both heating and air conditioning worked properly. They also made sure the WiFi connected, and that the phone app was operational. These are very knowledgeable, courteous installers. Spartan has a great team that started with their Comfort Advisor Jordon, who reviewed our requirements, fully answered all our questions, and promptly put a quote together that day. He even stopped by as the installation was being completed to make sure we were completely satisfied. This is unheard of! Levi, don’t loose this team. It should be noted that I met with reps from 5 companies, and Spartan was the only one I was comfortable with. I would highly recommend Spartan as a very customer oriented company.

Great customer service! We had Spartan install a mini split AC unit in our garage with insulation and it turned out perfect. Largely because of Oliver and Dallas. They were both fantastic, professional and very kind. Were so happy with the install and that we were able to have such great techs like Oliver/Dallas!

Received excellent service from Andy Hitt! After our A/C was off for a little while due to the colder weather, I decided to call Spartan to perform some maintenance service before the warm temperatures returned. Andy arrived well within the scheduled appointment window and he was very friendly and respectful.

My HVAC system was cleaned and I had a UV light installed to help prevent future mold growth (have to love that Florida humidity). Andy was able to complete everything in one visit, and my A/C is performing like new. Highly recommend!

I find it strange to say it was a pleasure to have AC service done when you're having AC issues, but honestly it was. Starting with Olivia in the office that got me a quick appointment to Evan that did my yearly maintenance. The star of the show was definitely Joel. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous on all his visits.
